Last after a nice winter walk outside.

Almost up to freezing so I am contemplating going out to walk my labyrinth

We are supposed to be above freezing starting tomorrow but that also means more precipitation including mixed stuff (ugh).

First last in the Pacific time zone. Dog and I have had our walk. She is now up with Mr Northwind in bed. I've had some cereal and am now enjoying a coffee. It is supposed to go up to 11 today. I think that will include rain.

I had a massage today for the first time in a long time. My last one was over two years ago. Way too long. This guy was good. He uses a different approach to what I've had before. It was just what I needed.

Woke up feeling fine but as soon as I got out of bed the muscles around my left shoulderblade locked up. OUCH!

In the end ... are conspiracies (plots, plans, schemes) mostly unconscious to those without mind to process what is not occult and thus obvious to those that are not blinded by the shadow of emotions?

It is said Jesus came to allow us levity of sight ... what we might see can often be described as odd in the balance mythically! So said given virtue in not often alluded to ... thus trance like illusions!

Mindless drift is needed from time to time ... to demonstrate devoid ... from certain positions these may not be observed! Could be the lawful inking ... the unconscious psyche could be a mused by playing with this in a fickle manner ... thus polity! Folks on the stick or up the column?

Thanks...if nothing else, I don't need to worry about driving to Red Deer today, and acupuncture this afternoon will hopefully ease it (if it doesn't release before then)...though, it would be nice to feel better when I have to go to these appointments (so I get better news)

That sounds painful BethAnne. Too bad you can't visit Northwinds therapist. I would like to be able to do that too.
