G'mornin' all. Not yet 8am and I feel like going back to bed.

BethAnne What does that phrase mean? I have never heard anyone say their muscles are locked.
My back/arm/leg muscles get extremely tight and nothing (not even muscle relaxants) will release them until they decide to release on their own, or whatever is causing them to tighten (water?) works through my system and they release.

Gakh. I think I'd take an arthritis flare-up over that. It sounds thoroughly awful. You mentioned a blizzard. Could weather be a factor as it is with arthritis and migraines in some people?

Blizzard was more of a squall in the end...weather may or may not be a factor - we're not sure yet...I've lived with this regularly for the past 8 years (and off and on before that) but haven't had locked muscles since I got the new water system till now

Recall in the end ... few people can stand the complexity of life as they prefer simplicity and briefs ... contrary to terminal concerns about non adornment and covering up for the unknown.

Thus pied pipers of curios songs and ballads as presented as legends of the crossing ... masses of people will not go there or cross that line beyond us (au sans)! Much remains as an eternal profundity ... deeply out there!

Thus we Dei ... as generates more fabrics ... myths about what isn't just now ... out there? Those gone don't auger well as auld! The line is lengthy ... as laid in the sans ... mental institution Eire, or Aaron out? Tis a tight spot to observe ... a cloe set 'd psyche ...

Continue onus ... or jest on us!

Today was our usual Wednesday morning hike. It was lovely. I'm glad I went. I was tired this morning and would have been lazy otherwise. I managed to climb the steep path to the top and was rewarded with great beauty. View attachment 3343View attachment 3344

I'll sleep well tonight.

I have got to convince my wife to move out there when we are both retired. Or at least someplace more scenic than Southwestern Ontario.

The images are lovely. I find myself wondering if you took others - with very slow and very fast shutter speeds? Playing like that with my camera is one of my favourite activities. It is one of the advantages of digital - buying film to play with was beyond my budget! Using a low shutter speed on flowers/leaves/grasses blowing in the wind is fun too.

Plenty of falls in South Western Ontario!

Realistically, most of them are on the Niagara Escarpment which isn't exactly close enough to me for regular visits. In fact, I'd consider something like Webster's Falls and Tewes Falls (above Dundas) to be GTA or Niagara, not Southwestern. The ones near here are ... okay but often in fairly small conservation areas so not much hiking to do.

Last Ei Re ... quite eerie now that heis gone ... objectively out there ... in the imaginary land of thought ... virtually beyond the emotional context!

Resembles a spark in the dark or stelle visions of celebratory stars ... wee things ... in the dark they shine!
