I wonder if I will sleep tonight? Tomorrow I address a meeting of health care professionals! They want me to talk about navigating the 'system' with special reference to the chronic disease I have. I'm not big on standing up and speaking to a bunch of people. I am nervous already.

Paper deliveries took from 8:30 to 5:30 - long day

I should be sleeping, but I am not. LAST one here for the night most likely until the early risers show up.
 
I'm up and can't sleep. I slept during the day. I fell in the bathroom today (yesterday now) on hard floor, barely bumped my head but it gave me a scare - and the day before on the curb, also shook me up because I was almost hit and I fell on my bad (previously broken) knee again - feel banged up and sore but nothing broken - and I took some back pain meds, cancelled my other commitments and slept most of the afternoon. Now I am awake. And last to post.

Claiming I violated their Code of Standards and deleted my posts for Sept/Oct with the direct link...in November when I tried to post the direct link (as I've done for years with no trouble) they either deleted the post as soon as it was posted or I was blocked from posting...and, of course, you can't actually talk to a person at FB to get the situation resolved and I've gotten no response from my requests (sent via "report a problem" - since that's the only way to contact them.

trying to solicit too many likes...the 20-50 I get (if I'm lucky) are small peanuts compared to other pages so not sure what their reasoning is (or why their system would flag me)...if they look at my stats I have low response for the quotes I post and high for the paper link and that pattern is pretty established for the entire time I've had the page and been posting.
 
I don't know what their written reason would be, but they are hypocritical to the extreme on how they moderate. Breast feeding pics get banned but racist rants get allowed as "free speech" and such. Did Graeme have a column in that one? Maybe that would get it labelled "political" or something at a guess. Which is a bit sad.

BTW, I abandoned that dump years ago. I know you need to promo the paper there because a lot of your audience are probably on there, but I never found it especially useful compared to a forum and it's become a dumpster fire. Sadly, the solution at this point is probably to get Zuckerberg out of the driver's seat and put a more sensitive, experienced CEO in. He keep doubling down on everything they are being criticized for instead of eating some humble pie and doing something about the problems.
