Cancelling my trip to Red Deer tomorrow as the weather is getting worse again...and Wednesday there will be a chinook.

Yesterday was cold with a brutal wind here in Toronto. Today is still cold but much less windy.

We are getting a few flurries today but the roads and sidewalks are clear. LAST year at this time the sidewalks were in terrible condition as a result of Ontario's ice storm.

Was just out picking up a few things at the store. Valentine's Day is already breaking out in the retail world.

There is no heart smiley on WC2 but we have this one for love.

Valentine's items were out in some stores and catalogues before Christmas. No wonder we often feel like time is going by so fast.

They plowed my cul de sac last night. A small city pick up with a blade. With only 8 houses I have no idea why we get such excellent early service. plus 3 today. and last
