After a couple of weeks of not feeling great was able to get on the bike and ride 248 kms on my 3 day weekend. I wish weekend's would last forever.

I am an early riser myself. But if I need to be up at a certain time, I always set the alarm for "just in case". If I don't set the alarm my sleep will suffer . . . worrying about not getting up when I need to.

We usually wake up early, certainly before 8. We are in Ontario now though and probably still a bit in Alberta time. So that means we woke up at 6 by that logic. We can be a bit more relaxed today. We were more concerned about the 11 o'clock check out time.
