Last after having a very stubborn tooth pulled. Took my poor dentist over an hour to get it out. She kept asking her assistant for bigger pliers and finally ended up cutting the tooth and taking it in pieces.

Years ago I worked for a short time in a basement file room at the Shell office tower in Calgary. There was a fountain on the main floor and the piping ran through the file room. Ha ha ha for some reason I had to take a lot of restroom breaks on that job!
