Going from Youth Ministry to Existentialism sounds fun. Have you tried applying one to the other? Young people often gravitate to existentialism for a time, esp. the more secular variety of Camus and Sartre.

Something worth considering Mendalla, thanks. Thus far, however, we've only discussed Hegel and Kierkegaard.

Makes sense. Kierkegaard in particular is more religious in his existentialism. I touched him on a course (forget which one) in my uni days. Sounds like a fairly deep course anyhow. Glad to hear you're delving into the philosophical side of things as well as the theological.

OY...paper is full and I just had a huge submission sent to me (not Graeme's column) and it's time-sensitive so has to go in this issue...where to put it???

Also, LAST. Board meeting tonight; not my favourite activity.

A bit of meditation beforehand might be in order. I am meeting-averse to begin with. Something like a board where meetings are required and frequent is torture for me.

I think I'm one of the few people who actually enjoys meetings - as long as the snacks are fresh and the coffee keeps flowing.
