Never been to a chiropractor...have discovered that when it's caused by a food reaction there is nothing I can do to release the muscles till whatever I'm reacting to is through my system.

Neighbour across the highway brought her fish "Bob" over for us to look after over the weekend - niece fascinated. 
She didn't want to leave the room in case Bob got lonely. My back is starting to release...I spent the afternoon picking peas as niece played inside. Paper is wrapped up and will be on its way after supper.
