Last on a rather steamy Sunday morning. Storms looming tonight but it's not supposed to really cool off here until Tuesday.

Rain early this morning...none right now but the clouds look like more is coming...I didn't bother putting the sale out.

I cooked some beef bacon and smokies in the oven...made a batch of strawberry/peach/mango/almond butter "yoghurt"...also had my first (though not LAST) attempt at opening a young coconut - easier than expected overall but still a bit challenging.

Excellent worship this morning, followed by a fellowship lunch - the highlights of which were chili cheese dogs & jalapeno chips.

No rain here-participated in a Mental Health Bike Ride-went 36 k with the first 1/2 being all uphill. We had a team of 5 from our church participate.

They do a big ride for MS here. Longer than yours (it's one day each way) but probably less uphill. A co-worker's son is riding in it this year.

I find bike rides are good for my mental health as I deal with stress at work. Good on you and your churchmates for doing a 36 K including hills.

I pulled my bike out for the first in ages on Thursday...niece and I biked around town for an hour (18 blocks) - she travels slow on her tricycle.
