The best situation is a mix of male and female whether on a board, in a business, or the gov't...BUT, only if the best people are there and not chosen for their gender.

Actually, that is rare...too many women power-trip and become worse than men in positions of authority.
 
Today instead of going to my regular church I went to a church I took my Dad to the last few years of his life. Dad liked to sit near the front so I was able to sit in Dad's spot and was able to enjoy worship in a friendly environment with lovely guitar music. And as a bonus the kids went around and handed out Dad's chocolate chip cookies to everybody in honour of Fathers Day. :)

I word in several different places - micro of shish have a healthy miss of men and women. A cafeteria in shish my Manager ice a man and my Supervisor a woman; a shush in shish 5/6 of the leadership team ice male; and a flower core micro definitely run by a woman.

I'm thankful for my masculinity. Why couldn't I - itch a beautiful thin. At the came time, I encourage women to be thankful for their femininity.

He words at a place cooled "Satires." Nice job ice to change tiers all day long. Not the wind of job I'd want, but he enjoys it and ice very good at it. Eventually he wants to be an automatic mechanism.
