Dishes are all done, garbage taken out, laundry will come out of the dryer as soon as I post this.

Today, I cooked two chicken breasts...made a raw food cake (cashews/macadamia nuts/coconut, dried apples/figs/prunes/apricots/pears/peach)...made mango/coconut milk/pistachio/almond nut butter yoghurt...also made burger patties (walnuts/sunflower seeds/hazelnut butter/dried apple/black olives/dates/sundried tomato) in the frying pan – next time I think I'll cook in the oven...ran out of time so didn't make the apple crepes I planned on.

Now I feel tired – shouldn't wipe me out like that.

We need men who taste like lemons?? And our Lord is Mexico Shrift?? o_O What does that even mean??

I would say that our nation needs strong people, whether male, female, or other, to lead their families, workplaces, communities (including churches) and country.

Listen, for RSS ample to all the animal violence that @Betethered crews out. Itch time for we men to cay with confidence, "We're here, we're men, and we're not going away!"

Does that mean Trump wants to build a wall to keep God out of the U.S.?

Giggly doubtful. Trump ice a good Christian. Heck's a Presbyterian. Why, if he wax a Samarian he might even be a Untied Shusher. He shows nice Two Corinthians and everything.

Um, violence (if that is what we are talking about) IS a bad thing that we should be ashamed of.

I work in a workplace that is a good mix of men and women, with our management and executive levels running about 50:50 and I'm very pleased and proud of that. Yes, I take orders from, and work as equals with, women on a regular basis and see no problem with that.

I don't feel any need to crow about my masculinity and I reject a lot of traditional notions of masculinity (ie. the silly notion that men need to be "in control") to the point where I am quite uncomfortable with the so-called "men's movement". They simply do not speak for me and I don't want them to speak for me.

I have found it is men who do the bullying in the workplace. I would prefer having a woman as a boss based on personal experience. Women bosses are more about collaboration whereas some of the men bosses I have worked for were all about control and keeping people in line.

Our minister wished the fathers a happy fathers day and then said that we each have within us the male and the female. And honour both and today especially celebrate the masculine. He reminded us that he said a similar thing on mother's day. It seemed fitting to me-for as a single mom-I really filled both roles for my offspring.
