A good editorial BethAnne! I agree it is good to look like this at the past and realize life was very different for our ancestors. I have a diary written by my elderly great grandfather in the 1890's when my grandmother was a little girl. My grandmother's parents ran a general store and post office. It was quite a life with cousins off on searches for gold in the Cariboo and elsewhere in B.C. I think you should keep a few of the receipts and maybe a few paper copies of the Chautauqua for future generations.Sure, it would...if it was just me and a bike...not lugging along a few pounds of papers with me.
