Did a wee bit of experimenting this morning (because that's how I roll!)...added some crushed dried orange to the batter...couldn't find my raisins (I'm sure Niece and I didn't use them all up LAST time we baked!) so used some diced dried banana instead.

My Dad passed away 22 years ago at almost this exact time. Hard to believe it's been that long.

Will be 6 years for mom in June - that's crazy to think too.
