Oh yeah. One of my guys brought those (or something similar) in for the office freezer this summer.

I get that some people like to bake. But I have often wondered why they go to the trouble

Baking has its virtues, too. Sometimes when combined with ice cream. Berry or apple pie with a blob of ice cream on the top or side, for instance.

I do enjoy baking...and I enjoy eating other people's baking

LAST as I see I forgot to cover the peppers LAST night! They don't appear to have gotten any frost. I'll be picking them later today anyway
