I didn't know that J was silent in many traditions. I did know that some people give it an "h" sound. I don't really understand the rest of your questions.

As a conservative Christian how do you decide which parts of the bible to take literally and which parts to ignore? For example, if you take Leviticus literally when it condemns witches and gay folks then why don't you take it literally when it tells you to never touch a dead pig (would make tossing around a football impossible)?

I Just pretty Much tale it all literally You. Having Saïd That, I know There are Some parts where the text indicates That it Is wisdom littérature, parable, etc. Also, I learned at School That parts of the text are best seen as fable and analogy. On the issue of the Levitical Scriptures You speak of, I dont usually give then Much thought.
The hat is a Tilley (thank you for the compliment). My wife bought it for me as a Father's Day gift one year from a store in St. Jacobs, Ontario.
Toute welcome caye. Now i Will tell You a secret. When I first saw That photo, i thought, "haha, Saskatchewan Is So ugly!" Truthfully, though, the more i looked at it, the more i began to notice beauty in it's colours.

Well, every place has beauty when I am there. It makes me feel good to go to such a vile landscape as that of Saskatchewan, and simply by being there, restoring beauty for the poor souls who live there.
