I think pineapple on pizza is an acquired taste, but I have managed to acquire it. Likely not the LAST taste I will acquire.
 
what I find funny in pizza topping discussions is that people will put a food in a sandwich or on a burger (bread/buns) but completely cringe at putting it on a pizza (bread-like crust) because it's "pizza"
 
Our local pizza place up north had a deluxe Hawaiian that included bacon. It was delicious. That place was generous with toppings too.
 
LAST after going through some old cookbooks - love some of the recipes but would much prefer someone else to make it and I eat it than to make myself - even though I do like to cook/bake
 
I made a lovely dessert pizza last week. Brushed the dough with really good olive oil. Sprinkled on walnuts, crumbled fig-infused goat cheese, and chopped fresh figs. When it came out of the oven, I drizzled it with local wildflower honey. Yum.
