Wrestled the freezer out of my car myself (with difficulty) and dragged it into the house...it's unpacked but I'm still not sure how I'm going to get it up the stairs

I have one...the problem is that needs lifted over some furniture on the landing (as there isn't enough room to go by - I could move the furniture but not sure if I can)
 
It's not really that heavy (I was surprised) but too heavy for just me to pick up - two people could easily move it
 
Ever feel like cracking peoples' heads together? I've dealt with cranky toddlers who were better behaved than some of the members of a local community group that are in-fighting about what is in their ad.

2 people is a relationship, 3 or more is politics. Shouldn't be that way, but too often is.

and speaking of politics, I have been on the phone with a group of people from the next community how want to submit Letters to the Editor to protest (read: stir up trouble) the political climate in town

So I've been told :) ...actually it's less exciting now - used to get death threats and more (and those were not related to letters to the editor with names withheld or Mother's Day issue front pages)

And re community group - gets even more exciting - turns out of the 3 people contacting me, only 1 is a member of the board executive and authorized to make decisions during this strange time so I don't even have to do what the others say. (at the end of the day, only the sec/treas is getting that it is ultimately MY decision what goes in)

Sigh...alas the drama hasn't ended yet...I will be glad when this issue has been sent to the printer and I can tell them it's too late to make any more changes
