Complain to the CRTC. Not that it will do much good. In the end, a lot of the mess that is our telecommunications industry falls on their shoulders.
The one-time fees are part of the reason...because I switched mid-pay period is another...further to Bell - still waiting for the "final" bill but they said I will get a credit because I did cancel mid pay period so it should be interest how much that is and how much it offsets the penalties for cancelling.

I keep reminding myself it is LESS than I would have been paying if I had kept the Bell hub (or broke contract and had to get another 2 yr one to get a new hub)

Things are heating up - Alix council is dissolving their FCSS programs (this sounds as fishy as all their other choices - Ie last year's pressure on library to fire their librarian) and I received an anonymous letter to the editor - this one really is anonymous so unless I get a writer's name - it is not going in.

Favoured response: "It wasn't me!"

Yet we still breathe it in and out ... that's the Eire ... verily transparent ... unseen?

This may include gremlins that haunted Louis Pasteur ... commonly laughed at for his theories on bacillus and stuff even smaller like prions ...

Prions are poly unknown wee things -- medical researchers! They may have impact on immune deficiency disorders! Lupus inclusive and thus the loop in the line afforded ... Tom Dooley's item! A mass 've loop ... knows chit!

LAST on a "meeting day". Three meetings back to back between 1 and 5. Yawn. At least the first is just my regular staff meeting for my team so should be fairly sedate. The others will probably just sedate me.

I also get to go to a meeting, albeit on Zoom, this morning. I can hardly wait.

Mine is on Teams. Not much difference from Zoom now that MS has filled a few gaps (e.g. added a way to easily add your own backdrops).

My son used to buy his fancy whole-bean coffee at a roastery that's in the farmer's market at Western Fair here in London. Right next to the door from the main parking lot was a stall for a Central European bakery (maybe Polish, I forget) that made fritters to die for. Apple, peach, and a couple others, I think. So we would pick up his coffee and then get fritters on the way out.

I haven't had a peach fritter in forever!
