Plus she says she lost her Faith -----which indicated her faith was human and not God's Faith that opens up a heart to receive and understand who God is and what His purpose is for people who HE Calls into His Ministry ----SO Deal with that too ---

I wonder, sometimes, if anonymous humans here are as rude and judgmental in real life as they are under cover of anonymity.

You don't know Rebecca's heart either, yet you stand ready to judge her sight unseen. Given my choice between her honesty and your judgmentalism, I'd prefer her honesty. I'll bet God appreciates her honesty as well. It may very well be that God prefers an honest doubter to a judgmental "Christ-ian."

It takes a certain amount of humility to say "I don't know all the answers; I'm looking", a certain amount of arrogance to say "I've got all the answers and you are all wrong". Looking at what scripture thinks God thinks about humble versus haughty hearts, well, it's interesting.

There is this very old joke this reminds me of:
