My son hit a deer last night after leaving our home. We had a blanket of snow, about 10cm of light snow. Quite pretty.

Like @ChemGal said, I hope he's okay. Years and years ago some of my family members once hit a moose. It was back in the days before seat belts were mandatory. Visits to the hospital were required.

Yes, just minor damage to car. Roads were snow covered so he wasn't travelling quickly.

I hit a deer up north. I don't recommend deer hunting with a small vehicle. I'm glad he's okay
