I do think that introverts, being internally focussed, are likely less competitive as a whole but, as always, generalizing is dangerous. I certainly am not a competitive person and find competition stressful. But Introvert-Extrovert is probably a spectrum, not a binary (rather like sexual orientation and gender), and one could sit far enough on the introvert side to call oneself an introvert but maybe have some elements of extroversion, too. So Carney could be introverted in general, but still be far enough to the extrovert side to be functional in politics. Let's face it, international finance is not exactly a game where introversion is an asset either. There's lots of working with bankers, other nation's central banks, market leaders, and so on and trying to marshall those to a particular approach to handling the financial system, both national and global.

Definitions do change causing indelicate waves of uncertainty according to that man's cat theology ... well packaged? You just don't know about some innate and improperly contained spread of stresses ... like the comprehension of COVID was somewhat stupid ... Black Box Affair? Improvision ... vision being often a poor sight because of clouded and vaporous emotions ... kohl-ite ...

Accept that both you and the neighbor is ignorant because we didn't want to know ... it is biblical! Thus vast missing immaterial matter ... dark energy?

I really hope he makes himself known publicly too, he seems like an introvert, but that's just a guess .....because I haven't seen him much.
