Ape at work. Well working. I'm in my home office today. Weather is warming up after negative temps on the weekend, but still chilly. And we have gusty winds so there's probably wind chill on top of that. Have not been out to check. Will have to pop out and get mail after work so might find out the hard way then, eh.

I hope all the Americans out there had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday. Did anyone get any good black Friday deals? Cyber monday is coming up too.

I caved in and did some Black Friday on-line shopping. I have had incredible heel pain lately, and have done many things to try to deal with it. Well, good ol' Facebook seems to understand my pain and kept advertising socks and footwear to help solve the problem, and the deals seemed to be good. We'll see....I don't usually fall for advertising, but pain will do it!
 
I have heel pain too from a RA Syndrome that I have discovered in the literature as a mystery to medical administrators.

The entire spectrum is dumbfounding and requiring distinct fathoming ... but the administration of protocol wouldn't go that far in their adventures!

Imagine mental examination as a great pain to the comfortable where they are at in the a presumed 2% ... and then they discover the Eire in psyche ... ah ole fault? If one reluctantly finds them selves in the 98% ... will that be an iconic black spot in the initiated directives? The directives coming from ... where?

Such are blind observations if not observed well ... perhaps obscure! Hope for a light and the end of the thing damned by powers to disposal and waste ... as nothing!

Achilles and Agamemnon also had this bipolar opposition ... they just couldn't get it together ... sacred fissures? Mostly defined absent places ... causing great indeterminates when characters developed in Eire ... some say an OBI ... beyond most ... intellect observed in the fringe?

Get on with yah ... folk despise psyche process ... too much like thought!
 
I hope the socks and footwear solve your problem @Nancy. I bought some new shoes to see if they would help my heel. They have a bit. I'm curious to know what you chose and how it works

I'll let you know when I get them and try them....coming from the U.S. so might take awhile.
 
I have a pair of the coolest socks I inherited from my sister, as they were a little tight around her ankles. They are "reflexology" socks, and they sure feel nice when they're on.

Good luck, Nancy; foot pain is a pain; my long-ago broken big toe joint has been giving me grief recently. It particularly hates damp, 0-ish temps...
 
I had weird foot pain earlier this year. It was a sharp "stab" just above the arch that came and went. It seems to be gone now but if it ever returns, I'll get it looked at. Other than that, my feet are mostly okay. Some stiffness in a few toes which is probably just my osteoarthritis turning up there as well as in my hands.

I have a big toe that was injured in a soccer incident of all things (me and another guy went for the ball, both missed the ball but made toe-to-toe contact with each other). Sometimes give me grief but not consistently.

I had bone on bone arthritis in the big toe joint, where bunions happen. I had surgery to fuse it in 2009. What a huge relief that gave. My clients enjoyed it when I said I had a titanium reinforced big toe to kick butt with. :)

A very hard line ... toe in job? One must tone to that ... some say atone as if admonished otherwise! By Shamans ... yet it is said that donkeys protect their sheep that way ... leads to something leaving like the winds ...
 
Played badly at darts this evening. Chilly outside. Health is good even if my brain isn't working consistently.

Consistently underperforming psyche appears normal if these things incarnate at any logical time. Usually only during emotionally distinct periods when these voices are heard about where we should go or not! Some neuroscience state these are images out of space protected by certain steroidal chimaera like compounds causing ... outstanding dreams and visions of what's out there ... hypnotic states caused by funny mushrooms? We sometime consume amines from here transferred into other vegetables by natural forces of spread ... cause hysterics in some domains!

Wait till the thing really gets cranked and there may be a sun dance effect ... the tattooed lady ... dark incomprehensive connections ... sometime with melanin ... a time to rest and let the autonomous take over ... it is mysterious as those odd pharmaceuticals ... they can take you to places that are mythical ... all in the head man or wo' man. Blinding effects? Emotions can do that ... Freud called it the vapours as he too found it a nebulous state into which Jung probed ... for the arch Aye ... some felt it integral as a well connected place in this distraught place we reside.

Imagine all those funny vegetables like hog wart ... delivering vitamins, and toxins alike in things like celery, parsnip and carotenes ... things at the root of the solution. Aye a haus Ka ( dwelling in the trees) is said to be another growing essence used in combination with other neuroactive disturbances ...

All part of the abstract enigma to entangle types of psyche ... there may be 5, 6, 7, even 12 or more when changing out the reindeer ... beware of the one with the red nose ... too close to the grinding high chilling domain ... Nepal? Those peaks experienced all alone and no Buddha with yah for the oncoming nirvana? One should have a good knight out of it ... thus Djinns ... said in the fullness to appear as M thou sans ...

Full ness of psyche is impossible in virtue of the place where thoughts as disposed and wasted ... mental insurrection? These things happen ... some even charged with sedition for the very dissonance of drifting off from the bigger image ... that seen from out there of within as innate?

Such is the shadowy mental state of incomplete character ... incarnate man kind in the head of vast gods chasm? It's dark in ere ... are there alternate views?

You'd almost get the image that inside humans it isn't very bright and thus desirous contemplations ... so sharpen up those darts and Eros ... someone needs a poke or 2 ...

Can this be related to leaders with nutcracking intelligence? Romanovs with po' noos? Paranoia rules ... being divisive and bipolar to the n'th degree ...

Virtue slipped away ... as the lesson is one must be corrupt to survive on the other side ... reality is temporal ... icon of Passover? Yeah, that's me normally.

Weird weather. It was 9C and light showers when I dropped my car off to switch tires and walked to work. 3 hours later, I go to pick it up and the temp has dropped to 3C and the wind has gotten so strong that I had trouble opening the staff door of the office. Showers have stopped, though. Must have been a front come through sometime between 8 and 11.
