Just so I've got the 'rules' clear. An insult within a post is not a huge problem. A post consisting only of an insult (or two as the case may be) is not okay.
 
No rule. Judgement call based on where things were going. But - actually, yes, a post that contributes nothing more than an insult strikes me as unnecessary and out of place and will only ramp things up with no good or positive outcome.

Now, I realize you will simply reply that "oh no - I was not pissing on anybody - simply asking a question or stating facts, what's wrong with that?" That lack of awareness - or denial of awareness - of the impact of your own behaviour and words seems so counterproductive or incompatible for someone endeavoring to pastor to others and touting loving ways.

Absolutely wonderful Jon. Best of luck to you and your wife. I'm sure you are a great support/cheering section for one another. Sometimes, when I did on-line courses, I felt so alone...not sure if I was on the right track, missing instant feedback and the consciousness raising of listening to other people's opinions. Maybe you and your wife can support each other to alleviate those kinds of feelings.
 
Sorry I've been away for a while. Between work and school I stay busy. I'm in a week off but just for another day. Just good luck it happened at Thanksgiving (Nov. 24 in America). Anyway for my second class I got a 94.75 and was THRILLED with that. That's two A's so I'm off to a good start. The only negative is a minor health issue. It's a little cellulitis relating to my previous surgeries. I'm taking some antibiotics so hopefully that will do the trick. I'll try to pop in occasionally but it could be my Winter break just before Christmas. Take care all.

Wow Jon! That's amazing!! I don't think I EVER got such a great mark in my entire schooling!! Actually, not even close, to be truthful. Impressive!
