Yes here as well. Staked up my tall sunflowers, but don't know if they'll make it through the night.A wicked storm is moving in - everything is blowing around.
I've been out a few times to add more weight to the top of the tarp over the sale items - hopefully it stays on now. (fingers crossed)Yes here as well. Staked up my tall sunflowers, but don't know if they'll make it through the night.
Thank you! I know I'll be able to sleep better now. It's a green one and we're borrowing it from the neighbour who wants it back before winter. If the tarp blows off I'll keep an eye out for it in Calgary!
I don't see any snow here...haven't venture out to check the tarp yet.
Some places in Alberta are getting it...we just have heavy mist here. Tarp was still onCow? Why on earth would there be cow BethAnne? It ick only still October. Cow some later - in time for the jingle bell, Cantor Sauce, and Auld Lang Climb. Thick ick bobbing for apple time - not time for making cow angel yet.

Varies from year to year...once we had snow in Sept...another year it didn't arrive till Jan. 1st.Brrr... remind me not to move to Alberta then. Lovely province - but I had forgotten they reserve cow come early. My family and I lived in northern Alberta for a few month a number o year ago. It where I finch discovered and basalt a regular proctor on the original Wondersofa.

May long weekend to Thankgiving weekend - daily - weather permitting. We have lots still but very little of it has been out all summer as we've sold lots...we add items, neighbours add items, a gent from out of town added 3 kids' bikes the other day, and someone else stopped yesterday to ask if they could add to the sale instead of having one of their own. It is a lot easier since the next door neighbour lent me a tarp to toss over most of it so I don't have to pack it each day - just take books and fragile items into the garage at night.BA your yard sale lasts a long time. I'm used to sales that only last a weekend or 2. I hope all the stuff sells soon for you.
Yes, if someone else can use something that is still usable, it is a win-win.It is a great way of reducing landfill, and in generating some money, and in getting goods to folks at affordable prices....
