Quirky facts we've learned

Enthusiasm originally meant being posessed by a Deity :3
Then the demon is the opposite, or alter, leading to psychosomatic orders?

The deities would label these disorders, or dissonant ... like Eris versus Eros ... a thorny issue in deed ...

Relax it is just word (another type of God according to the Gospel of John ...) its at the start ... initiation ...

The bible also bothers us about taking up ideals ... in reality is anything ideal? Thus flawed existence ...

Mani cannot see it ...

Just reading a story on a big city news site that reports on big city problems. Just in: Dad is mad that son got wrong toppings on a burger and they were charged for the toppings they should’ve got the first time.

I’d say that’s quirky. Rather unusual. I mean, not the situation. Something similar has has probably happened to everybody at least a few times. Quirky that it made the news!:giggle:

Commenters wrote, “Waiting for PM to comment on this matter of national concern.” And, “Next in the news: Minor inconvenience strikes random person.”

I've learned that magpies can happen here, even though they the closest they are "supposed" to be is in Castlegar and Grand Forks

Outsiders even after years of us not having a dispensary STILL come here wanting to check oot our dispensary lol
All you have to do to get some here is ask around and eventually one of us will get in contact with you lol

I learned that Hawaiian only has 13 letters, 7 consonants, 5 vowels, and the okina. The okina is that weird backward apostrophe you see in some Hawaiian words (including Hawai'i) and is a glottal, meaning a throat stop. Hard to explain without being able to say it.

Of course, written Hawaiian is a Western invention. They were an oral culture until Western missionaries got it in their heads that they needed a writing system.

Are glottal natural urges for silence as some power would like the naturally oral to be stilled? From my rabbit hole that's how it appears ...

Does life go on in a dark hole? Physics query???? Right out of the essence ... and then there is the "matter" of King Charles in the USA and appeasement discussions.

Is this a repeat of pre "39" etc. and on and on the myth of human greatness as brutality goes on ... all in the presence of rabbit holes in the deeps ... somewhat like a plague in the imagination ... somewhat of a gyre ... it is like spring ... dizzying!
