It was a reminder, seeing her, of how long Trudeau has been in office. Too long. I felt for her when she said she was looking forward to seeing more of her dad at home, and less of him online. It must’ve been hard on her to read the criticisms and insults - lots deserved because he is/ was the leader of the country who made mistakes. However, politics is a dirty game (even when it’s civilized) - he wasn’t the only one making mistakes - and she only really knows the person he is away from his job. If I were her I wouldn’t want to be a third gen Trudeau PM (or a Liberal leader) but who knows? Would be interesting if she jumped the family ship and joined the NDP ;) ( doh! blasphemy!) that might get her elected someday :giggle: Seriously, probably not a good idea if she could do anything she wanted. Sad to not see her mom there.

The veritable expression: "politics is a dirty game" very secular to say least!

Thus we go down is the old expression ... old William what's-his-name! The Rev. Mr. Black? Very occult ... many cannot see what he was trying to tell us ... perhaps because of the cloud and vapors caused by emotional input? Thin on intelligence ... it is the economic way ... "do not think; just make Monet!"

Imbalance as immortalized ... and the night lights up with Dali ... sometimes known as Kali ... in arid spots it may be Kalahari ... thus bour conflicts are drilled in ... I see a stele driven man ... sinking in ... a difficult spot to say least! Who leased it? Something was obviously bought off when your see the inflationary clause ...

Tell that to Danielle Smith, whose province is the one that gets screwed by that plan. Unless we can find them another market, she's unlikely to go along. Just put an export tariff on it like Ford did on hydro.

Do we have the capacity to ship to them? Did that pipeline to the West Coast get built, which would be needed for shipping to Japan? I forget what happened to that project after all the controversy around it. And I think there's still controversy around upgrading the eastbound pipelines, which is how shipments to Europe would go. Yes, we need new markets. But you can't do that overnight with existing infrastructure.

I would suggest that recalling Parliament and getting some work done would accomplish more at this point. Not that the opposition would let that happen, but it's what should happen. The election can remain on schedule for this Fall.

ANd she has steadfastly refused to even think about that idea. Smith still wants to find a way to cajole Trump, to get along rather than to stand up to the bully.

The Trans Mountain Pipeline was finished and has been shipping oil since sometime last fall. Pro-pipeline East people keep posting stuff implying Quebec is the big obstacle to that pipeline. The reality is that it would be a very expensive project. TMX cost over 20 Billion. Alberta is shipping close to 3 million barrels of oil a day to the south on existing pipelines and by rail IF we are going to reduce our oil consumption a great deal over the next 20 years, there may not be enough of a market to pay off the cost of the pipeline.
 
Lutnick seems to be a bit mellower than his boss and also seems to be getting on with Ford. One wishes Trump would do what a good president should and let his commerce secretary look after commerce. Right now, Lutnick seems to be mostly firefighting the damage caused by Trump.

So Japan first. Maybe Korea and Taiwan, too? And, really, we should be shooting for a piece of the China market but that's not likely to go over well in Washington.

Working politicians ... what a peculiar thought. It is like Aaron James perspective on working CEO's and religious heads ... no horse to it ...

Psychopathic? Anything is possible at this times ... could a psychopath be a metaphor for a black hole?

Insane people ... madness of crowds ... starting from the head part? Thinking about wealth and Monet can do it ...
