The Trinity (but not how you see it.)

Scripture makes up part of the narrative of the nature of God ... the narrative isn't complete yet and thus that piece in us that's dark and unfinished ... a portal to the mores ...
If one perches on a stick it may form a watchtower when one can see the real fish under the surface ... the narrative does mention a salty tower ... Gom Aura?
Eire in script are almost constant because of the nature of the carriers ... the may appear apparently ... sometime nt as hidden and sacred ... even Gnostic ... in attempts to be winners ... trump card ... deux's are feral ... parse 'd? So expressed, espoused or formerly said! Unbelievable ah? As incoming Alpha ... or a'sin coming ... just more bunches ... of word! Have fun wit' eM! These are aall that is left after the alternate is departed ... damn ... look at it and its done ... light absorbed or adsorbed? One is shallow the other is deeper ...
Rel determined folk are funny but hard to understand as they declare we should get moving and yet there is the alternate ... thus they shut up an it was wrote ... some WOKE to it the alternates don't!

From my standpoint, grounding our experiences in Scripture's essential because it provides a consistent and objective framework for grasping truth.
But you are not grasping truth you are only grasping what you believe.
Personal experiences are inherently subjective and vary widely from person to person. By comparing these experiences to the Bible's teachings, I believe we'll discern what aligns with broader, timeless truth.
All you would get from doing that is confirmation bias.
You mentioned that God and these experiences are subjective. For believers like myself, faith in God's based on a friendship and trust in his Word, which we see as a reliable guide for life.
I understand that. However, you have no evidence that a god exists in the first place, hence why it is a subjective belief. And not a reliable path to truth.
Testing experiences against Scripture helps ensure that our beliefs and actions are rooted in something we consider to be inspired by God and enduring.
Well, bully for you. However, it still remains a bad path to the truth. Without any evidence.
For me, this approach provides clarity in a world full of experiences. I hope this explanation helps you grasp why I hold this view, even though we don't agree on the matter. Peace
I understand why people such as yourself, have a belief in a god, it makes you feel special. And that can be good.
However, the doctrines of most religions are inherently evil. So as long as you don't preach hate and harm anyone. Then you are welcome to believe whatever you want to believe.

To be subtle about disbelief is diabolical to the winners ... so demis! Perhaps MS Pelt ... stacked words!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Pavlos. I appreciate your willingness to engage in this dialogue, even though we have different viewpoints.

Faith, I feel, can seem subjective and lacking in empirical evidence. For believers like myself, faith's indeed a personal journey, grounded in a friendship with God and trust in His Word. This friendship provides moral guidance.

While it's true that faith's subjective, I find that my faith's supported by historical, philosophical, and experiential evidence. I believe in testing my beliefs and experiences against Scripture, to seek an enduring truth. This process is about finding meaning in my life.

At Christianity's heart is love's message. Jesus's teachings stress loving our neighbors, caring for the weak, and seeking justice and peace.

I respect your viewpoint and appreciate the dialogue. Peace

Gods, demons, devils, ogres, elves, ghost, aura's, etc etc.... All the same thing, subjective.

I never said they weren't, they're just subjective experiences.

I would not say that. However, they are "believed" to be real.

So we are on the same page then. Especially when they have no objective basis.
You are ignorant about auras. They are a medically recognized condition. They are generated by a subconscious part of the brain and unrelated to all the other phenomena you mention.

Hmm... I feel that's gotta' be true. As a person with epilepsy, I have an aura

I see your replies as signs of fixation on denying any experiences other people might have that do not fit neatly in your conception of reality along with a determination to recognize only your interpretations of words like experience. Sometimes it feels like I am communicating with a bot.

I do not try to force my beliefs on anyone. I only challenge others' beliefs that promote or cause harm.

I did say they weren't real to people. I said they were subjective. I'm quite aware of migraine auras it is something my wife suffers from. She also sees dots, sparks, and zigzags in her vision, but neither she nor the doctor can show they are real. They are just reactions of her brain when she suffers a migraine. This condition may occur before or during a migraine attack, However mild or painful that attack may be it usually happens 30 to 40 minutes earlier. She says she sees them, I know she is telling the truth from her perspective. However, there is nothing spiritual about them. As you are trying to suggest. If they are generated by the subconscious brain they are the very essence of subjective.

If a person hasn't any evidence for an experience, then that experience can be easily discarded. It is a waste of time to discuss something that has no actual basis in reality.
I'd rather be a bot than, to be believing all and sundry, without any evidence. If you are only here to challenge others' beliefs that cause harm. Why are you talking to me?

Low blood sugar (I'm diabetic) produces some interesting visual disturbances. The basis for this is physiological, not my subconscious. I understand migraine auras to be the same phenomenon.

Some medical authorities make connections between the body and the auras of mine that can be positive or negative and thus some reciprocated ... often with the positive called emotional and the negative called intellectual with a downward wend to it ... chill'd as a Micro Blast ... inverted tornado ... (these can be detrimental to sailing vessels). Floating grails ...

I never suggested they were spiritual. The other phenomena you listed can be imaginary from other thought processes. My auras are usually a partial multilateral arc which are usually multi coloured though a few have been black and white with either flashing bits or the coloured pieces seeming to flow around. Some are very limited and some extend up to all around the central visual area. They are never associated with migraines which makes them unusual.

I am not on WC2 to challenge the harmful beliefs of others. I am not asking anyone to discuss my subjective experiences. I am defending the right of people to describe their subjective experiences without being attacked or criticized for doing so. In

I do not believe in the same god that you do not believe in. Can I still feel special ? Can that be good?
If you wish it to be. And if you want to be.
However, I'm unconvinced that a god exists. Belief does not come into it.

I have often argued that atheism is another form of belief, i.e. the belief that God does not exist.

Our resident atheists have told me this is incorrect. Atheism, they say, is the lack of belief based on lack of proof.

Does belief come into anything for you personally?
Not really, I'd rather know as many true things as I can, belief can't do that.

Exactly.
I am convinced that the idea of god exists. Religious belief does not come into it.
That is a good thing because religions with their doctrines and tenets are evil establishments. you only have to hear or read some of the things they profess, to know that.
Does an atheist believe anything at all is what I can not figure out.
What is to believe when you can know? Wouldn't you rather know a thing is true than assume it is?

Yes.

By hearing or reading only some of the things they profess I could not grasp the whole of their intentions toward evil or good. Actions speak louder than words, towards an overall experience of knowing, IMO.
