I'd like to see people change to change Gods mind....but that would take a miracle.

Yes Hon, Global Warming and Natural Disasters are a part of life

You should travel...most of the world is used to natural disasters, war, famine, diseases, civil war, run away inflation, gov't corruption, etc

The news that mainly the rich and wealthy nations show is designed to terrify, sell product, divide and such


Feed the poor
Clothe the naked
Heal the sick

And obey God

What all Christians should concentrate on
Everything else (including end times) is commentary

So Unsafe, since you believe the end times are happening, what are you doing?
 
Personally, I think these times are different than Ecclestiases...

They are unique and has never happened before in our recorded history

What with all these different things happenening together

Global Warming
Globally connected economies
Global Internet
Pandemic
A global default on debt coming
Globally trying to get rid of solid currency
Global illegal surveillance
Cell phones everywhere
Mrna tech
AI coming online
Nanofabricators coming up
Electric cars generally accepted
Cars that run on water
Secular maoist global movement

Maybe more
None of this stuff has either happened before or all at the same time

Like our solar system (which IS unusual)
We also evolved and developed in an unusual time in out Earth's and universe's history

These are interesting times

Where reality is forcing people to discover what is optional or trivial and what is Important

You can think of what is going on as a rescue operation

Enlightenment of human beings
From the various Powers & Principalities who have us Sleeping

I was thinking about the "great" commission of Jesus today....sending his disciples out to teach other disciples how to become disciples, like he did. I believe this commission was not to change cultures or how people praise God, but change how they are to behave as humans towards one another. It was not to change ones faith but to add to it by being Jesus. They were taught by Jesus and we're not sent until they were ready....and understood.
If all world leaders were disciples, war would never happen and solutions found.
So watch who you elect IMO.

God only asked for 10 to change in Sodom and he would change His mind about destroying it....and they failed to change.

Your in the Old Testament where God the Father dealt directly with the people ---Jesus had not come yet ----now we have to go through Jesus to get to the Father and the only way to do that is to receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour -----

So this is your scripture ----Abraham is trying yo bargain with God through prayer to not to destroy Sodom --so he says suppose there is 10 righteous ---but God will not be bargained with by anyone ---He did destroy Sodom because God knew that there were none righteous there and their wickedness was so great in God's eyes that he destroyed the place and the wickedness ----- verse 33 says God departed and Abraham returned home and God did what He wanted -----

Context---Genesis 18
Abraham Begs for Sodom
…31And Abraham said, “Now that I have ventured to speak to the Lord, suppose twenty are found there?” He answered, “On account of the twenty, I will not destroy it.”

32Finally, Abraham said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak once more. Suppose ten are found there?” And He answered, “On account of the ten, I will not destroy it.”

33When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, He departed, and Abraham returned home.
 
For me, this is the most impressive non-generic fulfilled prophecy in our times:

"Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled (Luke 21:23)."

Israeli Jews didn't regain total control of Jerusalem until the War of 1967.

When you get to the end it is a far stretch to the alternate... thus clearly thin and reason to be mean with what d' Eire things are left ... gassy stuff?

The Rapture can happen at any time ----today --tomorrow ---next month ---next year ---the year after etc --there are no signs that need to happen for the Rapture to take place --Jesus Died and was Resurrected and that was all that was needed for the Rapture to happen ----and that is a done deal

Once the Rapture of the Church is executed then the 7 year Tribulation starts immediately after the Rapture ---so Believers are to be rapture ready all the times --

God knows the time we have left-- We do not ----We are just to be ready -----

I once had a mental break through ... it was rapturous and my parenthood discouraged it as the pastor was of strong opinion about those that might be excessively informed about his efforts to be better than all ... avarice ... control freak-ism? It remained innocent of all the intellect that is out there ...

The Lord is lord of all. Whether rain or snow, cold or heat, wind or stagnant air, hurricane or calm, the Lord is the one who continues to uphold all of creation by His mighty power. It is Jesus Christ who “upholds all things by the word of His power” (Hebrews 1:3), and God uses all kinds of weather to serve His purposes.

What parts of the environment does God control? Over what does His sovereignty reign? Here are 21 ways God is sovereign over the environment. Let this encourage your heart and strengthen your faith.

  1. He created and controls the seasons (Genesis 1:14; Psalms 74:16-17; 104:19).
  2. He raises the sun every morning (Psalm 104:19).
  3. He created, named, and leads the stars (Psalm 147:4; Job 38:32-33).
  4. He causes the wind to blow (Exodus 14:21; Job 28:25-27; Psalm 78:26; Jonah 1:4; Matthew 8:26-27; Mark 4:39-41; Luke 8:24-25; James 5:17-18).
  5. He created and controls the water cycle (Job 26:8-9; Job 5:10; Psalm 135:7; 147:8; Matthew 5:45; Acts 14:17; Joel 2:23).

What Is Your Attitude Toward the Weather?​


God is in control of the weather --NOT MANKIND ------there is Global Climate Change---- and it is God who is bringing the Change ----it is not due to gases being put in the atmosphere or anything else ---It is God's warning to people that they need a Saviour ---that they cannot rely on their wealth or their stuff or anyone person to keep them safe ----He is their shelter and their strength in these types of situations ------

God wants people to wake up ----and I bet you many have been woken up ----as floods and fires rage one after the other lately ------people have to come to their senses ----

People need to Read and research Psalms 91 ---very powerful piece of Scripture in times of disasters

Security of the One Who Trusts in the Lord.​

91 He who [a]dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].

I say ----Will Remain secure and rest ---that is God's Promise -----Anywhere you see -----I Will ---or Will remain --or Will do -----that is God's promise to his faithful Children ------
