What Legacy Does Trump Leave?

Thus the folk are on their way to downfall as hopes go up that the powerful will win control! Something to do with Acton and corruption of social bonding ... gone to extreme in indentures ... slavery has this bite ... one side cannot stand the other!

In the midst of that remains something all chewed up ... like Gaza ... we love destruction and deconstructionism ... all related to what we raise up ... alas none learns ...

Deleted. I seem like I’m defending Trump when what I am really trying to do is point out that the media hones in on stupid things and steers the narrative and the last time they did that he got elected and I think they need to shut up and report. Get serious lawyers and constitutional experts on but that’s it.

I can’t stand the guy but the mainstream media is so weak in regards to what they choose to call him out on - they sometimes focus on the stupidest stuff that just takes away from the big stuff. That’s how he got in the first time.

Have you seen Meidas Touch on YouTube? They do a good job (usually) of calling out or raising certain issues.

I think I saw one you posted ^

I deleted that post you clipped because it sounded like I’m defending Trump. My issue is, that if the media highlight the wrong things, for ratings, he might win.

That was one Meidas Touch video. It is a network of presenters. One of their big beefs is "both sidesing" issues related to trump and the political climate. They found and released information to show that trump had breached his conditions somehow. They have some interesting information. Of course it is only one source of information and shouldn't be the only source.

Trumps opposition needs to speak to Republican voters who are not in the Q-hole and explain how Trump is lying to them and will make things worse for them.

I would love to see Haley go no-holds-barred against Trump. Her problem with doing so is likely the risk of alienating his mob of supporters, whose votes she likely needs to beat Biden. Not to mention the risk of Trump going all Ross Perot to try to destroy the GOP once and for all. But, yeah, if she went medieval on his butt, maybe enough Trump foes from the center would come over to make up for it.

The Dems, OTOH, should have no such qualms and aren't being as aggressive against the brute as they should be. Him going indie might be their best chance of winning since it would split his voters away from the more mainstream GOP crowd.

It's good to see the Dems coming out with some ads that are specifically calling out trump behaviours such as "Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley". Haley is calling him out too. She really needs to show the backbone she has and take a stand. She hasn't been very good at doing that, as evidenced by her apparent reluctance to clearly condemn slavery.

That sounds weird

What does slavery have to do with her campaign?

Politics again?

What might be huge for Trump is the restored support of many previously disaffected evangelicals, together with the endorsement of one of the largest Catholic organizations;

Trump is the first ever non-incumbant Republican to win both the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire primary and polls indicate Haley will be trounced by Trump in her home state, South Carolina. Nikki's failed campaign is a great disappointment for me.

“2000 Mules” is a documentary film that claims to expose voter fraud in the 2020 US Presidential Election. The film was produced by conservative activist Dinesh D’Souza and True the Vote, a conservative group that paid $2 million for geotracking data of cell phones used in targeted areas of five swing states in the weeks leading up to the presidential election 1. The film argues that the cell phone users were acting as “mules” in a massive, nationwide scheme in which they were paid to illegally “traffic” fraudulent ballots 1. However, the supposed evidence is speculative and does not provide the “definitive” proof that Trump and the filmmakers claim 1. Fact-checkers have found that the film’s claims are not supported by evidence and contain many holes and assumptions

My engineer friends claim that this Dem summation is rubbish and that "2000 Mules" presents compelling evidence of election fraud. Wokers, they argue, who dismiss these claims lack the integrity to actually watch the film and confront the evidence and thus are content to pontificate from ignorance. My friends were angry at me for lacking the interest to watch the documentary. They point out that courts dismissed the case for election fraud not on the basis of evidence, but on the basis of "lack of legal standing."

I'm convinced there was some election fraud, but not enough to steal the election. I'm angry at the lack of interest in tightening up ballot management, so that most of the American people can be confident of totally fair elections.

I agree, there should be a more secure way to vote anywhere, and I don't think online will work well either.
What would work IYO?

It is all mendacious ... one of those famous lines from a movie about a family or false presentations in the deep south about the business of endenturing service!

Few understand because of the thick cover ... of cantankerous Gods than will do anything to secede (stand all alone) even if they don't have what it takes ... because they hate philosophy! The love of knowledge and wisdom is too much to take for those that go only on emotional content ...

Neutral 3rd party monitoring of ballot boxes and their transfer?

Now that Trump has been found liable for $83 million for slander, the question arises as to whether his presidential candidacy could survive yet another conviction in any of his other pending court cases. The polls might turn decisively against him with another conviction. Nikki Haley may be wise to see if such a conviction occurs before she is forced to abandon her own candidacy. Trump's lawyers will try to delay any additional verdict as long as possible.
