Straight from the first page of the pdf you linked to:

What that means is that we are entitled to proceed with our action, subject to me drafting and filing an amended Statement of Claim with the Federal Court, which will be done shortly

This is exactly what I said it was - they are allowed a do-over. How can you say "they have a case !" when they haven't even presented a case???

my understanding of federal & Supreme Court in Canada is your cases must have merit in order to not wast tax payers money , there filing is forth coming, so do they have a case ? yes, will they win there case? its to be seen

I appreciate what you are saying ... and more often than not I am seeing the Truth of it ... my concern is not for myself ... it is for innocent bystanders ... the ones that can still perceive suffering ... that's what keeps me awake at night.:cry:

Mental lifts like those that raised B' roués' cart in that myth of Gotham? Is that wain ... or way into the internalized wisdom that's really out there in physical reality? Putting aside physical pain, and assuming that suffering is mental suffering, those who want to suffer will suffer. I know this sounds harsh, but the only way out of mental suffering is for the sufferer to realize that not external circumstances but how and what they think about those circumstances is the cause of their suffering.

Those of us who are beyond suffering can help those who have not yet attained this stance. Indeed, our feeling of at-one-ment compels us to do so. But we can only do so much. One can lead people to the wellspring of wisdom, but one cannot make them drink. Ultimately, it is the sufferer him- or herself who has to rise above their own hell and create their own heaven.

Why? When we decipher his posts, they're interesting, sometimes. When we decipher your posts, you think a group who had their suit thrown out and had to work just for a second chance, somehow "won" something. It's like a student who was expelled, celebrating his graduation because he got re-admitted next year. That's exactly what you're celebrating, and it demonstrates how easily you are impressed by people like this.

To more directly address the issue, if you have an issue with a poster, please use the report button. We have moderators whose job it is to admonish, reprove, discipline, etc. posters and they will respond to reports. It really does not help the board when posters take it upon themselves to do the mods' job for them.
 
Luce's word plays are artistic creations. It is fine if we don't like them; I don't think he cares whether or not we do. I do like some of them, and even get the odd pearl of wisdom out of them.
