Flurries on and off here. Surely this is the end, though. Right?

(He says hopefully but not completely optimistically)

Sunny and below freezing here. On the plus side there are increasing numbers of geese and some of the finches are starting to arrive. The fence is still mostly buried under snow and any places (like the driveway) that started to thaw are pretending to be skating rinks.

The finches left us about two to three weeks ago. I assume they headed north. Chickadees are the only birds at our feeder now.

12degrees,sunshine, just checked- the crocusses are out and about to open. Sitting in the sun making gardening plans- hopefully my wrist will be ready for that in time

We only got traces of snow in Ottawa and Hawkesbury. Wind is cold. All of the ice in the drain/creek melted this weekend so the level dropped. It looks like the spring runoff is slowing.

It actually let up here in the afternoon but for a while it was almost squall conditions. Coming down fairly hard in a gusty wind. In the end, though, I'd be surprised if we got more than couple cm accumulation. EC was calling for 10-20 cm in spots but we sure did not get that much in our corner of the city.

We too are expecting more snow. 10 cms is forecast for today, but right now the sun is shining. This season is dragging on far too long for me to find it amusing. I don't enjoy Sprinter season.

Spring is bouncy and erratic ... unless over stressed ... it then creates memory ... coming up at indeterminate times for sure!

Then there is roasted ... maybe the mulching!

There really isn't spring in much of this country. It's just winter and summer bickering until summer wins, usually suddenly.

Spring, a lot of bouncing and dancing around doing unmentionable things as ... young activities drive the ancients into reactions!

Gees a Belle in the street ringing ... displaying booty like a blossoming Dai Sea! The depths thereof are dark and misty-like as a femme fatale ... nebulae?

The immaterial flames burst out ... wherever patience is overrun ... may resemble resurrection but may be interpreted alternate ... if you wish.

That's freedom in altruistic mode ... and we wish for tyrannical control because of ... just what?

I was told many would like Putin to take over the west ...imagine that?

More signs of Spring

Getting to chat with after randomly bumping into twice ("i get it, universe. This is significant" lol) a Sikh Deadhead. He let me take his picture in a clothing shop.

Imagine a mature Sikh, with a magnificent white beard, neon orange sunglasses, tie die t, and tie die mask.

He also told me he has matching masks for other outfits

Life is amazing

Thank you, Spring

In my list of possible alternate religions for me, I always think of Judaism first, Sikhism next. They both have some very appealing characteristics. And yes, if you're a Deadhead, your dyes should always match, LOL.

My fav will always be Box of Rain. It was the last tune I played for Dave during my last visit the night before he died.

Jerry always matched. A black t-shirt goes with anything, LOL. He had such a sweet clear voice. A no-bulls**t voice.
