TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

For some politicians, that is known as having a thick skin. In Trump's case, it is known as having a thick head.
If you think about it though, skin too thick can translate into a really mean character. Like Putin, perhaps. Or Pence? He's so cold we barely know him.

I don't think Trump is going to self-reflect and examine his narcissistic tendencies anytime soon. He will most likely always be this way. I'm just trying to suggest a way that Trump might be able to accept a resignation deal. I wonder if any in the RNC have thought about it. People around him have had to learn how to bargain with him all the time.

Then again, Pence would certainly be less amusing and possibly much scarier.

Is resignation like sitting behind a resolute office desk? Construct: "I am sitting here for a long while" ... timeless hoers are chilling frosts!

I think his big fear is that once he's out of office, he's into prison. He'll do anything to avoid that. I don't think a resignation is in the cards, alas.

That has always been in the back of my mind ... like Thomas More's debates with the king of the time and whether he'd lose his head for heresy or been drawn and quartered for treason!

How would a person chose on these ends ??? I would chose the quick route out of the situation ...

He has the court stacked with loyalists who might find a way to negotiate and let him off easy. I personally don't want heads to roll and don't want him to rot in prison - that wouldn't give me any pleasure (maybe a guilty verdict and one day of him in an orange jumpsuit and no one to help with his hair - not allowed to wash it - for maybe a week - maybe he could pick up a case of head lice - would be satisfactory. For him, that would be HUGELY humiliating. And the same for the Clintons. They are corrupt, too, just more civil in public. After that, a year of house arrest in an apartment he doesn't own, with a s**tty landlord - who is female. And then make him look for a regular job.) I just wish he wasn't president.

Some images can't be denied ... they must be questioned ...

The bible even says question all things ... contrary to some dictatorial methods ... yah Gods as demi manna ... half bred, partially hatched!

Things are so bad, the election ads feature one old man with cognitive decline vs another old man with cognitive decline - and one of them already has the top spot, can’t govern, can’t win honestly, therefore is wrecking every check and balance - or letting his operatives wreck them - there to protect democracy from his madness! It shouldn’t be this way. It’s really too bad that AOC (young woman of colour and well liked by Bernie supporters) at age 30 is too young to run, as per the rules, but those two old guys can cling to power. Kamala and Biden are suddenly a team because she’s a woman of colour, when a few months ago they were arch rivals - apparently those values she was arguing from no longer matter? I find it duplicitous. Then again, Trump is a total nightmare.

Bad dream???? Joseph had one of those when his brethren put him in a deep hole ... perhaps symbolic as a stray icon!

Or perhaps that was then when combative competition was part of the process and this is now when differences are respected and seen as important in a team.

I think it's still duplicitous that in that process - they come out of it and voters can't really trust what they stand for. Just that they're better than Trump. There were some important differences that can't be compromised. And he'll be the boss. She sold out just because it's a career move for her, imo. I'm not happy with the Democratic Party's decisions again. They needed someone with bold ideas. They went with the safe neoliberal choice that's actually dangerous because Biden might not be able to pull it off - and he should've retired, himself.
