TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

I want a reporter to ask him, “Mr. Trump, Sir, can you tell us what a quid pro quo is?”, and hear him explain it. ...:ROFLMAO:

“No o_O collusion” (does that really obvious “O” with his mouth and makes a hand motion). Now it’s the same thing with “no o_Oquid o_Opro o_Oquoo_O”. He really likes to say it. I’d like to hear his definition, too. I think it’d be hilarious. The laughs are the only thing keeping sane people still semi-sane through this presidency. Funniest scary president ever.

Watching him , I am amazed that he has the following he has. Yet this morning I heard a reporter on CNN talking about his efforts to keep his party onside during this impeachment investigation

Apparently he is calling congress people and senators. To obviously discuss talking points and ..... about what he has done or not done. But the reporter said, that republicans have said he is charming. Has lots to say about their families, sports, just stuff they are interested in. Obviously there is a lot of staff time involved in keeping track of details. But , not everyone is able to charm others. And oddly he is. He charms republican voters

Add in to the mix, that most voters think all politics is corrupt. That offering a bribe for info is no. If deal. Done all the time. Business as usual

I listened to a panel discussion All women. All uncommitted votes. I was actually stunned to listen to them. Mostly white, sounded educated. Two or three were business owners. They made comments like. “ in business, you have to get info on the competition”. “ I would want to know what is going on too”. .......

It is amazing to watch

And yet, my local news paper , here in Florida prints more negative letters and articles than positive. Which I find interesting

I think he's an ESTP, a thinking sensor, with cognitive functions SeTiFeNi. They're charming and very good at small talk.

'Strengths: Can-do attitude, bold, personable, sociable, direct.

Weaknesses: Judgmental, impatient, unstructured, commitment phobic.'

Trump is a classic example of someone with a personality disorder. A person who believes that the world revolves around them. As long as you recognize that and act accordingly, you will be fine. They lash out those who dare question or worse, criticize them. Of course they can be charming. It gets them what they want.

I highly doubt this man has ever been held accountable until now.

Most of his presidency has been about the Dems trying to get rid of him.....like theyre any better....truthfully maybe the Americans should elect somebody that only makes 50,000 a year if they truly want someone to relate to their needs.

Except no one making that much could afford to run a modern campaign without some wealthy benefactors. I make a fair bit more than that and a presidential campaign would pretty much bankrupt me.

Im sure they would get backers......money loves influence

Right, and he who pays the piper calls the time. An "ordinary joe" with rich backers most likely ends up as a front man for them. His "everyday" image, their policies. Very little difference, IOW, from one of them running. The only way I could see this changing might be through crowdsourced funding and I am not sure one could actually raise enough that way.

Could be some wealthy people that want to be a positive influence.

"Only."

As opposed to all the money Trump is taking in for being President?

How rare are the people that have converted ... given the swamp encountered within? Some will swear they really haven't changed ...

Realistically, wealth is corruptive of common desires for the greater good! Complex ... AAAh ...

Contra simplicity!

Would they really be the ones likely to be in control here? And it still makes his candidacy a bit of a lie. In the end, it is still money talking, just not his own. I generally am a fairly optimistic sort, but politics brings out my pessimistic and cynical sides.
Me too....just wish it didnt take money to be in office
