Oh, Kavanaugh was in a Kangaroo court? I don't think so. (Do you know what that term means, Pontiflex? ) The majority of members of that "court" were far right GOP. There was never any chance they would find him guilty.

I'm curious what your definition of humble is. I didn't see it. I saw a man who was indignant, blaming and deflecting, and snivelling. He was not bipartisan when he blamed the Democrats for his predicament.

I understand absolutely that he was under stress. If he has in fact been wrongly accused he has good reason to be angry. I don't have issue with the anger. I have issue with how he expressed that anger.

He spent a lot of time being very gracious to a lot of people and even to his accuser.

He also probably knows a lot more about how things actually went down than we do. So he went pitbull on the people responsible for the politically motivated hit job. He called them out. He’s not planning on turning into a wuss. He had to fight to win and named his opponents.

Hey if you read it, it must be true. And somebody must have recorded it. I think I heard what he said. I could be wrong. But maybe I missed it. Reading something on the CBC is not the same as the horses mouth. And most of your hatred is pretty fiction based so maybe you could produce the evidence.

It is possible to be strong without blaming. It is also possible to be strong and to answer questions directly. When asked if he'd had blackouts, he deflected by asking the interviewer if she'd had any. A simple yes or no would have been the answer. Also, if it is yes, an explanation of what he's done to prevent further blackouts would be appropriate.

Of course it was politically motivated. It was a committee of Congress. It's supposed to be politically motivated.

He went pitbull? Do you know what that means? He had to fight to win? Why? Couldn't he just tell the truth to win? One would hope that a Supreme Court justice would operate with more coolness and judgement and dignity - and not simply rage. A pitbull is precisely what is not needed on the bench.

My guess is that the Republicans are going to really discredit her to make Kavanaugh look shiny. I don’t think Trump would have made those statements either unless he had the goods.

Could be, I suppose the FBI could figure that out soon enough. Probably the Republicans should concentrate on presenting more evidence that Kavanaugh is telling the truth rather than relying on discrediting Dr. Ford.
