Inannawhimsey, I’m glad your algorithms finally led you to zero books (Jordan Peterson refuses to debate the host and publisher/ narrator, btw...pretends he’s never heard of it when he’s been invited several times). Antidote to the IDW. I would also recommend the Majority Report with Sam Seder (and guest hosts), and the Michael Brooks Show. @graeme might be interested. It’s not mainstream media (Sam Seder started on MSNBC I think - but it is the new evolving media. Millennials don’t watch much TV. Like Sam Seder, Michael Brooks, who also works on the Majority Report, has interesting, informed guests. He‘s a young, learned guy, maybe in his 30’s... tries to stay “hip” and current to his fellow millennials, and so he and the crew, swear every now and then, on the less serious parts of the show, and so I don’t post the whole vids. But it was there I learned about the DSA (democratic socialist) movement that seems to be taking after Bernie Sanders. There is free content on YouTube...and some available to paid Patreon subscribers only. Tonight I listened to a very interesting discussion about the Saudis, UAE, and US involvement in Yemen - which we hear little about (which made me think of Graeme).

The Greeks were into critical conception of the Gods ... then they were put down by the Romantics ... the Caesars in intoxicated state of power were rising to the call of neigh Mrs. sometimes spelt funny as nemesis. Like one has to test and experience it because of the Romantic blindness ... nothing is clearly seen!
I believe some archetypal philosophers stated that it was all about the subjective-objective tension that allowed som tightness about reason ... this was contained in the pair ... as a' deused ... from there there is more ... for better or worse! Leads to zero sum and integrally we get nowhere because of the waste of power ... we give it out too easily to people of corrupt intent! Accrued accumulation in reality that is unreal ...
Desire comes out as luck of the drought in western mythology. Like Lucifer it comes and goes ... with the darkness none-the-less ... can one draw on that?

Its a mystery ... cause none knows ... as it is all entangled in the legalesse of royal laws ... and that appears often very subjective in nature ...

That was pretty good. I couldn’t tell if it was made by a conservative mocking liberals that their ideas are so similar to flat earthers, or was in fact serious. Still not entirely sure. Watched it twice and 3 more videos from their channel.
Lot of nonsensical stuff. Appears to be made to appeal to stoners.

Their graphics appear to be, I agree. I find it easier to take in the info without looking at the distracting graphics. But the ideas have some substance.

Actually Michael is clearing Peterson's misinformation up....it is a response to the right’s obsession with the west, if you missed that...and it comes from scholarly books by smarter people.
