TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

The man lies several times a week - too often, daily. It seems to be in his nature to not think twice about it. It seems to be so natural to him that he believes what he says in the moment even if it's the opposite of what he said the moment before - and he doesn't appear to think there's anything wrong with that. He's an enigma, that way. I've never seen such a bad case of the lie-sies. Which is why Trump is sometimes so entertaining (not in this situation) - because he's constantly contradicting himself - I have to laugh. The WH confirmed that he made the shithole comment - and it's not funny. It's racist and generally insulting.

So if he says something wrong he says something wrong, and if he denies saying something wrong he _must_ be lying?

People are fixated on Trump calling Haiti and African countries "s**tholes".

It's not about the f***ing language. Stop worrying about the f***ing language. Stop focusing on how offended you are by a word and recognize what he actually said.

What he said, and what actually makes it reprehensible, is that people from these s**tholes countries should not be allowed in. He devalued and wants ti disqualify entire countries full of people because their country is poor. And, they just happen to be predominantly black. The country he wants more people from - Norway - is full of whites. But Norwegians are happ where they are, which is something else he doesn't understand.

It's not the language. It's the intent. I've been trying to make that point here for years, and it's such a misunderstood thing around the world because so many people are fixated on bad language that they will discount someone who uses it and embrace the a**hole who employs nice words.

Are you saying understanding counts too? Does one have to love the cogent thought of intelligence? That's simply beyond blind faith ... insinuating later fates ... and The Jacobean latter Eire ...

Does Trump have such adept ...?

Now, that young woman is conflating Truth with Fact. I will also hazard a guess that she does not have at least two children old enough to have started giving her independent descriptions of the same event.

Why focusing on 'shithole' totally misses the point

CNN takes days to finally come to the same conclusion.

I'm sure others figured it out as well, but it's incredibly frustrating when everyone is up in arms over a word and nobody even mentions the bigotry and racism in the sentiment, even if you replace the "offensive" word with something like "undesirable".

Gee. I never thought I'd defend Trump. (And I still don't say the following as a defence of him.) But let's deal with reality.
So far as I know, every imperial power I have ever heard of has thought of its victims as inhabitants of s**tholes.
That was true of the leaders of the British empire, including the sainted Winston Churchill. It was true of the Americans who enslaved Haiti - and much of Latin America. It was true of Belgium in the Congo.

Of course; political and economic leaders will say that to justify their behaviour to the people they are looting and killing. Without trying hard, I could make a list of CEOs and Kings and presidents (and prime ministers) who have thought that way. How else could one murder, brutalize, starve, loot whole nations without that justification.

And for the same reason, those people will also have contempt in their own countries for all the people lower than them on the social scale. Never kid yourself that our local Donald Trumps do not have similar attitudes toward us.

I'd argue that this is backsliding. Where we had progression on at least the intentions of people and at least the words of leaders, we are seeing the renewed acceptance of bigotry on the part of leaders and in a large part of the population.

That bigotry has, I'm afraid, always been there. If anything, it has been worsened by a predatory capitalism that needs an excuse for its murderous ways.

Is bi*got a Christian word about felling trees? Sort of like bi fur kat ion ... of atom into separate parts?

So much science buried in the human story of nonsense ... but someone desired it ... if only to make great sums of profit at the drama ... of demeaning small things ... electrons (the lost parts of the damned thing creating cations that fire the synaptic gap).

It is rumoured there is room for containment of neutrons ... as Nous Rons ... holes without charge, but also heavies in impact compared to electrons as photons that can burn the best of men working under the s'n ... of excess heat ... a kitchen problem!

Some nice buns are created as bread-fruit for the mind ... suite bread if you like eM!

It is said a decent mind needs a story to function adequately ... why education uses a lot of myths and metaphors as humans despise pure intelligence and information without hum'rs (oral or aural; dependant on source and receptions)!

Could be a shot in the dark ... the occult nature of what we know about minds, intellect, and other strange loves ...

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS MAN CHILD WAS ELECTED POTUS AND IS STILL POTUS! WHAT WERE PEOPLE THINKING - SERIOUSLY?! HOW COULD ANYONE WITH GREATER THAN ROOM TEMPERATURE IQ VOTE FOR HIM? ALL HE DOES IS GOLF, EAT BURGERS AND SEND INANE TWEETS EVERYDAY, WHILE HE's NOT WATCHING FOX N' FRIENDS. IT SO f***ING ANNOYING!

THERE ARE INTELLIGENT THOUGHTFUL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, BILLIONS OF THEM...BUT THE WORLD GETS TO ENDURE THIS GUY PUTTING US ON EDGE EVERYDAY. AAAAAHHHHH!

Sorry, I had to yell.

I'm too cynical to get upset about The Donald's antics anymore. I'm at the point where I just  or maybe  but can't be bothered getting .
