I heard a cardinal this morning. They have been around all winter but I don't recall hearing their song for a while. Maybe because I have not been walking outside due to the ice underfoot.

Also saw a robin today. My first of the year.

We have had chickadees and nuthatches at the feeder all winter. And various subtypes of sparrow, of course.
