Since I don't work Wednesdays, having voluntarily reduced my workload to 80% of full-time a couple of years ago, I took one extra vacation day (Tuesday), and now I'm not back to work until next Thursday! Woot! Also, LAST.

frozen yogurt does not come from cows. I don't want to go into sordid details, but common sense should tell you that cows would be decidedly uncomfortable strolling about with large quantities of frozen yogurt in their - you know. And then there's the chocolate chips.

I suspect that lots of the ingredients in frozen yogurt bear little resemblance to anything that comes from a cow, or a natural plant.

Ever had yogurt freshly made with whole raw milk? With a teaspoon of local wildflower honey in it? Now that's ambrosia.

Also, LAST.

Had the yoghurt and the honey but not together...never tried yoghurt with honey.

No. properly, real frozen yogurt is called hoofprints because it contains chocolate chips. These, like yogurt itself, are derived from natural vegetable sources - as specified in Genesis. That was intended to extend into Christianity. You will note that Jesus made wine out of water. He did not make it out of milk. Nor did He make roast beef sandwiches.

He did the things passover lame.

I don't eat that wyrd sweetened fruit yogurt they sell in the store. I buy plain yogurt, and usually use it for raita or tzatziki, or just plain on freshly cooked chickpeas. However, if I want it sweetened, for a sauce for cake or something, I'd use honey. I do use some organic cane sugar, but I much prefer the subtle taste and texture of honey. I have a couple of favourite apiaries, one run by a friend of mine just up near my sister, and one by a young entrepreneur named Adam, appropriately, who has a stall at the local farmers' market.

It used to be, going back a number of centuries, that wanting to eat only the finest and the best was considered to be a form of gluttony. It was thought to be an indication that the person, tragically, is still in bondage to their fleshly appetite.

I would love to have a hive in my backyard. Alas, City by-laws prohibit such a thing. I would like someone to build me a wild bee house, which is quite legal, and protects our native bees, although produces no honey...LAST.
