Busy day - best day for our yard sale since April! I picked and pitted 8 cups of cherries and made them into a unbaked cherry dessert...picked 8 cups of nanking cherries - that was a challenge as I had to crawl right into the middle of the bush to get the berries...and I've been working on an ad proof. 84F so I think it's time to find some cool shade.
You're more ambitious than I BethAnne. Ha ha I picked a handful of Nanking cherries then sat down and ate them.:)

It delved into different ways of prayer. Rev. Danielle played a singing bowl, which I think is from Buddhism. She also led us in a New Age centering prayer of focussing on 3 words to bring us into the present. It was kind of being in prayer instead of the usual doing of prayer.

Singing bowls are Tibetan (Buddhism)...sounds like a great way to approach prayer.
