In many places this is highly unlikely giving raise to qualms, uncertainty and all that kerfuffle that happens when conflict arises over stupid things.

How does one offset stupidity? That raise some ire in dark Roses ... as they cross in the shadows ... often transposed with Black Swans and Blues ... sad conditions given the hard Wahls forming meme branes ...
