Trump knew Britain wouldn't. What mqatters to him is the Americaqn usage. I'm confident that the post-Trump era will revert to the Gulf of Mexico.
If we expect our pressure on the Mexican government to support our border security, it's best not to find new ways to offend Mexicans.

Biden banned all drilling on all US shores....so changing the name doesn't change much.
We all remember Deep Water Horizon incident right (2010?) Things are still a mess from it even today
I believe China is or will be drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico, for Mexico.

I agree, but the tragic fact is that there was proven ballot irregularities that needed to be addressed.
Still, you you miss the point: Putin admits that he and Trump could have worked out a peace agreement to pr event the war with Ukraine!

How would we know if Putin actually said this with so much false news and AI out there? Personally it doesn't sound real considering the current situation between them.

Ukraine and Russia had a peace agreement almost in place when Zelensky's opponent was ahead of him on the polls and some NATO leaders wanted to use Ukraine to weaken Russia by provoking Russia to attack. Zelensky had Medvechuk arrested

Going a step further, Petro even offered to fly back the illegals on his own presidential plane to facilitate what he described as a "dignified return" of Colombian nationals.

You are seriously misinformed. Colombia refused to allow military planes carrying deported immigrants into Colombia as did Mexico. Where did you get your bizarre information?

BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) — The White House claimed victory in a showdown with Colombia over accepting flights of deported migrants from the U.S. on Sunday, hours after President Donald Trump threatened steep tariffs on imports and other sanctions on the longtime U.S. partner.

Long close partners in anti-narcotics efforts, the U.S. and Colombia clashed Sunday over the deportation of migrants and imposed tariffs on each other’s goods in a show of what other countries could face if they intervene in the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration. The White House held up the episode as a warning to other nations who might seek to impede his plans.

Earlier, the U.S. president had ordered visa restrictions, 25% tariffs on all Colombian incoming goods, which would be raised to 50% in one week, and other retaliatory measures sparked by President Gustavo Petro’s decision to reject two Colombia-bound U.S. military aircraft carrying migrants after Petro accused Trump of not treating immigrants with dignity during deportation.

How can one clean up the corruption when it rises to the highest leagues? When there it is usually an inconvenient virtue! Basically a lie because truth hurts ... Men in Black! Imagine those in long black robes ... understood?

Not very likely ... quantum conditions prevail ... shimmery and shaky as many constitutions because of Origen (philosopher of sophistication ... complex, or alternate)! Its hard to tell when you're right in the flames ... line of fire?
