The US has wanted Greenland for 158 years. It is now important for its reser by es of rare earth metals.
 
Offers to buy a sovereign territory? Threats of military action? Surely there's a way to cut a deal with Denmark and the Greenland government to secure US access to those rare metals without this kind of bs. This is just not how sane diplomacy works. If I worked in the State Department, Trump wouldn't have to fire me. I'd be out looking already. The next four years are going to be hell for diplomats of all countries but the US ones will bear the brunt of it.
 
Isn't flying crap far more threatening ... other than cooperation that-is?

The urge for more power (avarice as the human destroyer).
 
It's early here and this is the best I can do right now. This is worth considering. I'll look this up later when I've eaten and had coffee.

So thick the clouds of truth ... when you consider the widespread nature of this advantage ... for a small portion of the populace!

Some alien creatures need to experience this exposure ... imagine the bugs in the system to get these items into the secular domain ...

What does this mean when bully beefing in the population has expanded to over 30%? Will the bull overwhelm and the virtue vanish with a consequence for the entire system of belief? It seems so silly when when the demand is that the "belief" disregard it ... and thus the regardless faction and off they go lost ...

Imagine all the skills being lost as mental powers disappear in mechanistic protocol! AI ... it appears to me to be not that positive an outlook ...

Well. Trump knows that the US bought Alaska from the Russians for a song. Why not buy Greenland too?
I visited Russia's former capitial of Alaska, Sitka island, and marveled at all the Orthodox Russian architecture.
I'll bet Russia really regrets selling Alaska so cheaply.
 
I believe Trump tried to buy Greenland in his other term. Denmark very emphatically said no. I doubt he’ll be able to make a deal with Denmark this time, either.
 
Militancy requires depressing the populace ... a conflict that can really damage the base ... the very ground of our being! That's the dirt ... being exhausted of all essence ... in an ancient Hebrew tongue this was Ruel, or even ruah as discussed by the late LGK. These sacred fires as hidden should not be ignored! They require considerable care and onus ... like Dah Nell! Alas few real folk are that encompassing in a trend for self centered type of comprehension or awareness ... it is deadly and destructive to the surrounding.

Given he has mused about military action, which would mean attacking a sovereign territory of another NATO member (Denmark), it seems to me that he is very much not giving a crap about NATO as usual. And, yes, continuation or expansion of the US base on Greenland would likely be one consequence of the US getting Denmark. However, his real goal is control of the resources buried on the island, which will become increasingly accessible as the glaciers melt.
