If we are seriously comparing The Art of The Deal with Geronimo's Bones, we have had no experience of Literature in English, AT ALL. Thank you.

Ha, I don't think he wants any credit....The Art of the Deal
• was a significant success.
• quickly became a bestseller.
• reached number one on The New York Times Best Seller list.
• stayed number one on the NYTBS list for 13 weeks
• stayed on the NYTBS list for a total of 48 weeks.
• is often cited as one of the most successful business books of all time.
Should we be surprised that Schwartz wants all of the credit?
Then why say, Waterfall, "He and his publisher say Trump contributed nothing of his own writing to the book" It sure seems by that he wants the credit. C'mon.Ha, I don't think he wants any credit....
It was a significant success that became a bestseller and remained so for almost a yearThe book was never or even close to being the most successful selling business book of all time.
(Hint: fact check DT,s narrative often)
It had some success for awhile, yes, or rather momentum due to his " celebrity".....which subsided as time went on.Then why say, Waterfall, "He and his publisher say Trump contributed nothing of his own writing to the book" It sure seems by that he wants the credit. C'mon.

Hey, stop it. I didn't say it was the most successful business book written. But it was successful, and remained a bestseller for almost a yearIt had some success for awhile, yes, or rather momentum due to his " celebrity".....which subsided as time went on.
It is no where near the most successful business book written ...look it up.
Actually there is a comparison to be made. Both books were written under false premises. If we are seriously comparing The Art of The Deal with Geronimo's Bones,
That's the art of the deal. But it was successful, and remained a bestseller for almost a year

What I said, Waterfall, is that it "is often cited as one of the most successful business books of all time." That's different. Kindly don't put words in my mouthYou said it is often cited as one of the most successful business books of all time....post # 2540
Either way, you just improved my point. What I said, Waterfall, is that it "is often cited as one of the most successful business books of all time." That's different. Kindly don't put words in my mouth
Okay, meh, I've no problem with that. The success of the book speaks for itself. Have a great dayEither way, you just improved my point.
Stuff that is all about industry and eliminating the human (mortal) as a flaw in the business orders ... not very gentile as the Judean was put down by some text! The Art of the Deal

In fact, it was an unsuccessful book because Trump is an enormously unsuccessful business person. If I had taken what he inherited from his pretty successful millionaire father, and invested it wisely, I would be very rich right now. Trump hovers around bankruptcy a lot.
