The best hope for the Republicans is that Sleepy Joe runs again.
The best hope for the Dems is that Trump runs again. But now that Ron DeSantis, unannounced presidential candidate, has been officially joined by Nikki Haley, Trump has no chance of being the Republican nominee.

Nikki Haley just got an unintended boost among women from CNN pundit Don Lemon.
Nikki's announcement included a reference to the need for new younger leadership.
To that Lemon replied that women are past their Prime "after their 20s, 30s, and possibly their 40s," implying that Nikki is too old a woman to be president, despite that fact that she is way younger than both Trump and Biden. That fumble-mouth sexist comment triggered a powerful female backlash that forced Lemon to offer a groveling apology on the threat of being fired.

Thank God that Fox still consistently has more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined.
 
Why is the fact that Fox has more viewers good news? In the court brief from Dominion, a few emails and texts are included, that indicate Fox News KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY LIED to their viewers. In the name of all that is holy, why do you consider that a good thing????
 
I wonder if the reason Fox has more viewers than other news channels is related to the likelihood that a smaller percentage of Fox viewers are readers of other media like newspapers and magazines?

A large part of what passes on Fox news as news is fabricated nonsense. Why would an educated person who pursues truth watch Fox News?

Outright naive anti-conservative bigotry from someone who rarely actually watches Fox and is therefore ignorant of the quality of their best anchors.

Don Lemon has just been put on paid leave, which might be a first step in the CNN firing process.
The essence of bigotry is to take a controversial specific case and then generalize it to apply to all Fox contributers, most of whom were not involved.

The story I saw only mentioned a few high profile Fox personalities - Hannity, Ingraham and Carlson. That's hardly generalizing. They are on record with the accusations against them. Since those are the three top contributers who bring in the profits, it is not a stretch to suggest that Fox is more interested in lying so they make money than being journalists with some integrity. And before you go there, my criticism of Fox does not make me automatically a CNN lover.
 
You are avoiding the issue. Hannity, Carlson, and other lied. They promoted Trump's lies about the 2020 presidential election. They are being sued because of the lies they helped spread about voting machines (also mentioned by frequent Fox News guest, Sidney Powell). The two I mention both have prime time slots on Fox News, and higher viewership than other presenters. Plus, Carlson in his emails tried to have a fact-checker, who was showing Trump's Big Lie to be a lie, fired from her job an Fox News. This is all attested to in the emails and texts included in the filed court brief.

What this has to do with Don Lemon is beyond me. He's not even employed by Fox News, is he?

Now, can you please address yourself to the issue I have raised... Why did Fox News intentionally, deliberately lie for so long? And why do you think that's better than what CNN or MSNBC does?

I confess that I do not watch any American news media. I occasionally see brief pieces that are on Facebook and other sites. I was surprised that Murdoch wanted the network to declare Trump and his minions lied about the election. Even he saw Trump was going too far.

Weirdly, it almost seems like he was trying to be ethical. But ultimately he opted for “let’s try to save ‘the brand’”

Can something as a road too far be taken as extreme as a person unconsciously attempts to end their own life through naivete? Can extremists be extreme and incoherent about it?

The struggle continues to get on home because this place (and time) is not that comfortable ... but some of us have to focus to penetrate onward in the naivete. Some one told me it was a path of ignorance as Trump said we shouldn't listen to NU's whatsoever as it was all bad ... best to be you know ... alternate to ide!

Thus openings for the Great Unknown ... is presents openings! Vast abyss???? I question what we really know when opting for an emotional path ... where intellect is lost! This is a coming and going wave as the ether is disturbed by physical presence ... just as nothing appears! R.I.P. and the vale parts ... plate theory ... Ka Dish ... when mother nature throws a fit ...

Sit tight and hope it blows over and in the future you can look back at how it was blued ... Ne Bu? It's deep that shade ...

It looks like indictments are more likely. For what it's worth for a man who has avoided consequences his entire life. Will karma finally bite him in the butt?
