What Legacy Does Trump Leave?

Another part of TRump's legacy, taking credit for what others have done, as though it was his idea....

Is there something of no sense, misinformation hidden in the trumped up order? If you let it run its course ... implications? Are they critical?

Some say let it be it'll resolve itself as the folly congeals ... lack Eire 'd ... can't hear ... mollusk is like that ... but the feel the pulse while buried ... tough articles ...

We might ask what's an article? Is it of interest? do we deal with them definitely if they are of indefinite order like ultimate?

But how do you do that when he is the leader of one of the world's biggest markets and most powerful nations. If you're a nation in the world today, even if you don't deal with him directly, you have to deal with his administration at some point unless you're going to direct all your diplomacy and trade to China, who are now pretty clearly the other economic superpower. Then you're having to deal with Xi who isn't as obnoxious or narcisstic about it as Trump, but is also very much a nationalistic authoritarian strongman president.

I really wish the world would stop engaging with the man. It would drive him mad if everyone just ignored him, didn't talk to him or about him.
Unfortunately, other countries invest heavily in planting the seeds of discontent through the media in order to increase the instability of the US. ( even Canada)
The US does this to other countries too.
Canada doesn't seem to play this game as much, but who knows down the line? India, China and the US seem to use these tactics against Canada. IMO

I'm sure they'll try to pin this on the Dems but a radical, disgruntled MAGA supporter is probably more likely given they are more likely to be packing. Still, if Trump wanted a pretext to go full tyranny...

Well, he's dead. Reddit knew. There was video floating around.

Someone was in custody but it wasn't the shooter.

If this was by an opponent of Kirk and Trump, what a stupid move. Now Kirk is a martyr and Trump will be out for revenge and feel further emboldened.

Is anarchy stirred ... a discussion with a psychiatrist some years ago about contact with crazies comes to mind. He said that the rule was a medical officer like him was not allowed to be associated with such an institution for longer periods without breaks for contact with (more) stable people for a year or two. In the sense of "borg" an inner voice could cause corruption through reaction to the "hive" or herd mentality. One has to spend some time in autonomous contact with your sacred friend ... this idea of a wind of mind is complex with contrary spin values ...

It is scary to some folk ... but can be understood with some perspective from arm's length ... with a bit of fist involved just to denote power of the myth ... of psyche effect on physical life! Scares hell out of some emotions ...

Could this apply to a madhouse as the earth?

My concern is that Kirk will now be a martyr. I saw a tweet or whatever that the felon in the WH wrote praising him. He has more concern for Kirk than he does for victims of school shootings, survivors of sex trafficking etc. Of course, I'm not surprised.

I don't condone violence. At the same time "live by the sword, die by the sword" has been on my mind this afternoon.

I note also that while Mr. Trump didn't want to lower flags to half mast when Senator John McCain died, he ordered them lowered to half mast for Charlie Kirk. Something about that sticks in my craw.

He and his base are howling about this death and ignored the assassination of Rep Melissa Hartman and her husband along with the attempted assassination of Sen John Hoffman and his wife.

A career criminal with a history of armed robbery, who died of a fentanyl overdose while resisting arrest, was transformed into a martyr. The Left deliberately erased his violent past to ignite a national firestorm.

Or, the far right turned it into an excuse to get all racist and deny that black people are systemically oppressed, and rally up the bigots against every minority group.

@WhyCzar you’re being an a**hole.

The G&M in, sadly what’s probably mainstream Canadians’ first introduction to Charlie Kirk, has painted him as a sensible conservative. What happened to him is appalling. However, him being portrayed that way is disconcerting. TPUSA is radical far-right, pro-Trump. And Trump is, well…

Charlie Kirk was a young man exercising his right to free speech and he was murdered for it.

There is no logical justification for that.
