I do agree with this. When my stepdaughter got married in Jamaica there was a great cast of characters. Her dad and I were there. Her mother and her second ex husband were there. Her step-father's parents were there. If her mom's current partner had been able to be there he would have. It showed that today's definition of family is more diverse and interesting.

My only issue with Tiffany's family is the idea that her father is praised by some as being "Christian" and part of a party that espouses a limited definition of family values. That's hypocritical.

None of us nor our families are perfect. We can't pretend there is any such thing as an ideal family. We just have varying levels of functional to dysfunctional.

I guess I agree I’m just not super invested in him being discarded to the prison system out of a sense of vengeance, like some are. I understand why but I don’t feel share the same feelings they do.
 
But don’t get me wrong, I can’t stand the guy - he’s a con artist, and ego maniac (to say the least), and a hypocrite - and I really hope he’s prevented from getting anywhere near the White House again because his haphazard “leadership” is dangerous (as we’ve seen - and another term would be worse).

I'm not saying he needs to be put into prison out of vengeance. He has done some things things that are not only illegal. He has done things that have threatened the safety of the country. He needs to be held accountable for once in his life.

I agree - wasn’t suggesting you are but there are people who have more vengeful feelings who wouldn’t care if it was a life sentence (or a death sentence).

Your obvious hatred of Trump causes you to attribute the worst conceivable judgmental motives for his reckless speech and make a heinous charge that serves your woke agenda, a charge that, thankfully, calmer U.S. legal minds can't substantiate. Duh, Trump will not be convicted of treason. Chuck Schumer gave just as grave inflammatory instructions to his base about conservative Supreme Court justices, which resulted in many woke death threats and invasions of their families' privacy after Dems put their home addresses online. I repeat my position: we need to get past vindictive virulent rhetoric and vote in members of both parties who are willing to seek common ground for the country's good.

Trump is still an ignoramus and a con artist who needs to be held accountable. My preference for not being vengeful about it doesn’t change that and I sense others here don’t agree with the sorts of tactics you mention but wouldn’t shed a tear if Trump’s political legacy and influencing power was made impotent, by the courts, because it doesn’t deserve any respect.

I’m a fan of Marc Maron, stand up comedian and prolific yet still relatively unknown podcaster, who said: “If Trump was walking toward you in a used car lot, to sell you a car, you’d be like ‘Nope. Not that guy. I’m not buying anything from that guy.” It’s such instinctive feeling (easily backed up by evidence) in even semi-reasonable people that I’m amazed at how many supported him. There was never a more transparently Connie McConArtist than that guy.

The team of researchers considered Trump’s academic performance, occupation, academic honors, and grade in entrance examinations to arrive at their conclusion."

Trump is one of our brightest presidents. "Ignoramus?" No! Petty, peevish, and insufferably arrogant? Yes! That's the main reason why I consider myself an anybody-but-Trump Republican.
 
I try to use words now that aren’t ableist because it turns out they hurt people who have intellectual and learning disabilities or who are neurodivergent and have been called names that mock their disabilities directly - and a group I was part of helped me see that (and I never enjoyed being called an idiot for my disabilities or how they manifest tbh) - that’s why I said ignoramus instead of idiot. Words that have been historically used to oppress and harm disabled people aren’t cool.

Okay, that said, Trump is a “stable genius” then. Fine. His saying that makes him an ignoramus. Ignorant of his own shortcomings. Willfully. If being ignorant is beyond his control, I apologize. I still think he was a terrible leader and is a con artist.

Verily very sly at his inconsistent thinking about socialization! Thus mostly autonomous leading to the word anonymous and the greatest unknown if not for his notoriety! Bullishness will do that until the bull is stripped down in the jungle ... possibly by someone baring their soul over sacred and hidden activities that float up in the swamp ...

Then if the word is God and you're lacking vocabulary ... what happens to anything connected to vocation and other volubility? Word slavery ... it is said some words are nailed in the dark and those searing and branded by power can't see it for the absence of abstract ... a strange mental portion?

Can we get that from a mortal position versus the immortal? Thus Lazarus Syndrome ... and the Finnegan part ... cat'sass!

I'm informed there are people reject sarcasm. criticism, etc. no matter how far right they've gone to the wrong ... thus unbalanced? Like a fish trying buoyancy while out of the common pool ...

Should these be isolated if a danger to the general population? How about a Mars Shot ... Trump likes battles ...
 
I do not understand the stuff about the data used to determine Trump having an IQ of 156. What degree does he actually have and how did the researchers get information that I thought would be private? Has his lifestyle for the past 50 years damaged his intellectual capacity? I am distrustful of claims about IQ based on the evidence presented. I am also distrustful of claims about the estimated IQs of other presidents that I have seen.
