Really Jae, how many years ago did you first make that accusation and on what forum

The two of you are being asses.
Fact: another poster here recently attacked my wife - a person who's never posted here.

Fact: the Council did NOTHING in response.

Those who are losing weight, let's keep going, I believe it will be worth the effort

Jayne "Admin" tags her posts: "Do not put in a conversation to me, that which you would not want made public."

That alone is enough to raise a red flag on how things are run here.

I dont trust such a admin here/with the software they have. Dont tell her anything, certainly nothing private/confidential.

I should have used a VPN.

"Oh yeah, and for those losing weight - allow yourself a weekly "cheat day" off your diet "

I would suggest not having a 'cheat day weekly' but rather if you do go off your diet one day /meal to not 'sweat it' and just get back to it. One cheat day can undo a week of calorie deficit progress.

Yup.

Food tip #394
Ranch dressing can be made out of plain greek yogurt and some ranch dressing powder (my grocery has it in the spice section)

And yet it's been working for me. I've been counting calories, allowing myself Sunday as a cheat day and have lost about 10 kg since the end of April

Nice. I have to be a little more disciplined myself or a cheat day turns into 'cheat days' :p

Thanks. That happened to me for the first time this past weekend as we were visiting friends in a small city about 90 minutes away. It's located close enough to the countryside that there were lots of good eats available. We also had a pizza party and hit a pork barbecue restaurant and a famous-for-the-area beef restaurant. I realized pretty early on that counting calories was not part of the agenda. So, to make up for that, I'll just not have a free day this coming Sunday

Sounds like you are doing well.
I tend to run a easy calorie deficit (but not so easy in that I run it for a long time) and I dont actually count the calories.
I tend not to have junk food in the house.
If I buy a bag of chips/open the bag I will eat the whole bag that day.
Im good for the shopping discipline. If i get snacky i (mostly) dont have the (unhealthy) snacks to eat..its a bigger deal to have to go to store to get some.

Food tip #928
If you are feeling snacky eat some pickles....they are almost 0 calories.
