TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

You can scoff, laugh, be rudely disrespectful as much as you like. It doesn't change things one iota. Deal with it.

Yes, as a matter of fact, truth, and reality, it is.
I think I saw two non-white faces in the riot crowd in all the photos and video I've seen: one brown skinned young man, and the guy in the Viking hat with the red white and blue face paint (only because, technically, his face was not white that day). In anticipation of being called racist for noticing - I think it's actually more racist to willfully ignore that reality.

conspiracy-minded posts from this thread have been moved to the cospiracy threat in Earth and Our World forum.
Thank you for providing a place for all to go to consider other possible perspectives about what's going on these days. I really appreciate your expertise and unbiased discernment of where to move my uncensored cospiracy threats. Your own wider & deeper concepts have greatly expanded my mind information database. Keep up the awesome work!

This is very interesting. Less, for the criticism of censorship and more the question of: is this an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" political move? There's been an increase in favourability in Western countries, esp. the US, toward Putin in recent years - because he's looked up to by white nationalists, and because of Trump. If Navany sticks up for Trump but still defies Putin - what's behind that? I'm not sure it's only about his opinion on censorship.

(Though, to be honest, I'd like the option to be able to read what Trump is thought-tweeting until the 21st.)

Nawalny isn’t really saying Trump should not been banned because others who are similar are not banned. That would be the wrong logic. That other evil still exist doesn’t make one thing less evil.
He is asking for decision made by a committee and being public and having a way of being appealed. Since technically this is a privat business, I don’t know if that could be asked for/ enforced by government. The idea is good.

Oligarchic complexity overwhelms as intended .. with the side effect that the oligarchs caught it ... and they are stunned by what they rejected as virtue ...

The myth behind it is complex as well ... profound ... a long hole ... Auld Lang Syne? It Zings along ... in due time ... Zion? Thus dispersed as diaspora ... word flys initiating a buzz ...

Twitter bans people for incendiary things all the time. Quite a while ago, when there was another Trump issue they put out a statement that they didn’t have the same rules for world leaders as the general public But looks like finally the line got crossed

it will be interesting to see if Twitter backs down or if a new system just takes over. I wonder if Trump fanatics will love him as much when he is no longer president. Instead is back to being a narcissistic, blowhard who rants but has no powers

Is intelligence, knowledge and wisdom incendiary to those operating on full emotional power?

I've often wondered about the objection of the emotionally possessed church to observation of outside concerns! Beyond me?

It is stated in some literature I've consumed that something is amiss in modern Christianity ... the enlightenment factor? It is a different light to the raging flamers. Obtuse due to necessity of going underground ... dark and occult ... thus the tous ... that's "all" as is Pan ... heated to an unseen glow ... infa red ...

I see him as the perfect ideological and archetypal US President. Great background and experience as California Governor...Too bad he's not USA born. Being Republican is not a liability here...he's sort of representing aspirational values.
A Hollywood success too, AND better role model!

Former California governor and acting legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has chimed. As an Austrian immigrant, he reflects on how this is America's Kristallnacht, even calling out the Proud Boys as equivalent to the Nazis involved in that event.

Good Republicans finally speak up. Well said about the post war damage to German/ Austrian people. A bit too patriotic for my taste later on, but it might just hit the right spot of republicans.

Ever since his stint as governor of California, I have held that Arnie really should be in the White House. Alas, the whole "born in the USA" thing. I was a fan of him as an actor but was skeptical when he got into politics (after all, previous actors with success in politics included Reagan). However, he turned out to be about as liberal as a Republican can get and a very astute, savvy leader. I'm sure Trump's crew consider him a RINO but, dang, that speech was so presidential.

Arnold Schwarzenegger issued a stinging rebuke of Donald Trump on Sunday, comparing the riot at the US Capitol which the president incited to Kristallnacht, the night in November 1938 when Nazi thugs attacked Jewish Germans and their property, a harbinger of horrors to come.
Once again Arnold has shown the dignity needed
Right ... so this does not have to get moved to conspiracy theory then. Because Arnold is an authority on making comparisons to events in history but I am not. Since when are the occupants of the Capitol in any way shape or form comparable to Jewish Germans and their property. He could just as well have used the comparison of what the bearers of the honed sword of democracy have inflicted on Yemen Palestine or Venezuela to name a few ... but hey why point out current events that do not feed into the myth ... that would just be bad acting and totally inappropriate coming from one the best ever parliamentary actors.

I really don't get some republicans speaking out and saying nothing more will happen before Biden's inauguration, because Trump has learned his lesson.....what? Are they preparing the American people to be as unprepared as this past week.....shame on them if something more happens while Trump is still in power these next few days....or even beyond.

That instability is reaching precarious proportions. It will not take much to tip the balance. Sad to say, the majority prefer to not see things as they are. Those who do see, and say what they see, are not often welcomed or supported. Socrates and Jesus make this clear.
We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when persons are afraid of the light. – Plato

While I am against the censoring or banning of "wrong think"/bad opinions, I have no sympathy for Trump.

As I have been saying for 4 years he was brought in to play a role: The Great Divider.

He has succeeded greatly, doing his job for The Predator Class.

Now, he gets to be the scapegoat for further censorship and sanitizing of the internet.

He will be the target but in the end it will be used against independent journalists and other so called terrorist groups like the vaccine hesitant.

There is already talk of censoring alternative platforms that people have moved to to escape YouTube/Twitter censorship.

This is all a part of the continued push to focus on Domestic Extremists and Domestic Terrorists or in other words ...

Anyone who opposes the whole of the fascist empire not just the ones who have been scapegoated by the system at large.

Donald is taking one for the team ... under the cover of darkness the imperialist predator class is sighing with relief that the bread and circuses will be allowed to play on with the audience once again willingly hiding from their own shadows.

PS ..
@GeoFee ... thanks for being such a mother of a brother... I am still a bit more of a father of a sister but the spirit of this little light of mine grows less and less dim ... I still have a lot of trouble expressing that spirit through words ... perhaps as you have often suggested ... it is time to take a break ... and act it out. I will swear no oath ... but I will give it a try.

These platforms are owned by private companies. We're not entitled to use them as free speech platforms unconditionally. Twenty years ago none of it except for email, and message boards that were not mainstream or far reaching, even existed.

And Trump isn't a f***ing scapegoat and his supporters who stormed the Capitol are not innocent victims of a cencorship crusade. He's a problem for the US and wider world, they're now willfully part of it. And you are not a victim of fascism Rita. You contribute to the free market ideology by being a libertarian concerned mostly with personal freedom. It's the same ideology that drives the billionaires. It's not anarchism. Twitters right to kick anyone out of their house because it's their property and government is irrelevant to that process, is the same as yours - same root ideology.

And as usual Rita's barking up the wrong tree - missing the point - still stuck in the right wing rabbit hole but doesn't know it.
