Is there some sort of secret award for the goofiest lawsuits and silliest court filings for the year? Is that why they seem to be trying to outdo each other in stupidity and tomfoolery?

It gets our attention, anyway. Shiny object?

Normally, even one of these events might register as scandal or shenanigan of the decade - but it's day after day with this administration! These have not been normal times. Everybody remember: not normal!
 
But I notice that these judges are often put into their position by Trump himself. So, if he had just found less honest judges- or more loyal ones, it would have been a way in to build his own dictatorship in an appearently “legal” way, wouldn’t it? I mean, it would just take a brighter person in the President’s seat and some more followers to actually do that.
 
Yes, it would appear that Trump has appointed judges with more honesty and integrity than he himself has.

Of course, it would have been difficult to find people with any less integrity than he himself seems to have....

An inter3ting comment I read about judges. Trump appointed a lot of “toadie” judges. But to lower courts. People distinctly not qualified

but Supreme Court justices, whether you like their views or not, are all extremely qualified. And they are not going to risk a career reputation to be a “toadie”. So at least that is good news

Georgia election data indicates 17,650 votes were switched from President Donald Trump to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, data scientists testified on Wednesday during a state Senate hearing.

A team led by Lynda McLaughlin, along with data scientists Justin Mealey and Dave Lobue, presented the results before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections.

Mealey worked as an electronic warfare technician in the U.S. Navy for nine and a half years and was a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractor as a data analyst and programmer for the National Counterterrorism Center. He currently works for one of the “Big Four” accounting firms as a programmer. L

Lobue is a data scientist with over a decade of experience in a number of industries. “What we have here is we actually have fraud that we can prove in this election, there was fraud in Georgia’s election, we can prove it with data,” Mealey said. “The voting will of the people of Georgia is not reflected in what was certified by the Secretary of State.” According to their analysis on time series election data which was published online as early as Dec. 24, Trump’s votes were decrementing in various counties instead of increasing as they do normally. 17,650 votes were allegedly switched from Trump to Biden as result.

The team said the switching happened at the county level and was hard to be observed at the state level because the decrements were offset by accurate data uploaded by other counties. A “clear example of vote switching” happened in DeKalb county, they said. At 9:11 p.m. local time, Trump received 29,391 votes as Biden simultaneously received 17,218. However, in the next reported time update, Trump’s votes became 17,218 while Biden’s changed to 29,391. In this single event, 12,173 votes were switched, the data scientists believe. “I want to make that very, very clear that at no point in an incremental process, should you decrement it,” Lobue said. State-certified election results show Trump lost Georgia by 12,670 votes.

The Trump campaign is still challenging the results in various courts. McLaughlin’s team didn’t name any state official, county official, or related voting machine manufacturers for wrongdoing. They emphasized that the analysis is not partisan. “The analysis we’re going to be reviewing is purely scientific, not based on any political affiliation, red, blue, left, or right. The objective really focuses on numbers, data, and machine network systems,” he said.
 
So why did they wait for TWO MONTHS after the election to spout off about their findings? Why wasn't any of this "evidence" presented at ANY of the more than FIFTY court actions filed by the tRump campaign? Why was this not found during the THREE TIMES the Georgia vote was counted? (The original count, plus 2 recounts, ALL of which showed that Biden won?) And of this is so important and newsworthy, why is no LEGITIMATE news source mentioning it, rather than a China- founded and sponsored 'news' service? (Google NTD, and find out a bit about your sources).

Biden won.
Trump lost.
Deal with reality.

Denial is a favorite of people searching for power and not wanting to know ...

Consider that what you don't know won't hurt ... until erupting from knowhere ... sacred spot, obscured!

By then it is gone .. the information required ... to really be secure in a changing domain! Death be taxing to those that can't avoid it like the powerful ... is naivete powerful?

The "I don't know" is resounding ... and the darkness is deep ...

So what's in Trump's old swinger ex president's library besides his cheezy books? The Peter Principle comes to mind but I'm not sure why :unsure:

I think the ideal spot for the tRump 'Presidential' Library would be in that bookstore next to Four Seasons Total Landscaping, in Philadelphia. After all, he and Rudy made the place (in)famous.
