TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

Novel destruction ... what the Romans did to ancient libraries in countries surrounding the Medi Terranean ... remains a core enigma!

The ancient myths are deep and para (beyond us) because of what we lost ... gone into the paranormal! That would be close to what is sometimes known as psychotic trance! The walking dead-to-other life? May be alter form ... as we are turned into vegetating specimens ...

I love LLeft memes. They all have similar characteristics.
The reader has to think that the writer has let them in on a secret that shouldn’t have been a secret. A general truth that every LLefty already knows and it’s really funny, so laugh out loud so you don’t get found out what a doofus you are.
This one requires that you have no knowledge of biblical prophesy, that you haven’t read the book and that you are not up on current events.
The LLeft makes laugh at yourself memes. Some day they may actually figure out how memes are supposed to work. But today is not that day.

@Pontifex Geronimo 13 please help us to understand how the president and administration of the US demonstrate Christian values. Please explain without using insults. I honestly don't see any christian (or other values) there. Enlighten me.

In all fairness I haven't seen any Christian values in ANY administration other than latching onto some evangelical figurehead to make it appear that way. Trumps not the only leader that has put up a front.

I agree. There seems to have been leaders who may use their faith to inform their actions. That doesn't automatically translate into Christian values in the WH. I made this comment because the current president has been lifted up as the best choice for Christians and PG seems to have that belief.

He's a particularly egregious one, though, given how much of his past behaviour flies in the face of even what the evangelicals claim to be "Christian values". I mean, his second wife was his mistress while he was married to his first. Sanctity of marriage? And, really, his "devout faith" seems to have been adopted rather conveniently around the time he got into politics. I've watched the Netflix four-part bio of Trump and there's no sign of it prior to that. At least his predecessors Obama and Bush, Jr. seem to have had some kind of religious life pre-presidential campaign.

In the end, barring a theocracy, I don't why people would expect the head of state to espouse or embody a certain religion or religious values. He's running a country, not a church. I would suggest that if the US really wants to ditch the establishment clause and be a "Christian nation", having a spiritual leader of some kind separate from the secular President and political system would be the way to go.

Well one can go to church all they want, but if drones are being sent out to murder civilians by that same person then sorry, its bullsh**t. And Im not talking about Trump.

I think there is a very good chance he gets re elected. He is a shyster/con man and he is very good at manipulating his followers

it is always the swing voters who decide. And their question will be am I better off now? For many that is yes. Despite the sudden down turn from Covid, and the astronomical deaths, things are turning a bit of a corner

if that continues, the deaths will be in the past. And will people blame trump? Not when he tells them he did a fabulous job. They will believe him. Compared to the world? They don’t look at the world They look at only the USA. And he tells them all is good. So it must be

what I found astonishing over the last few days is his comments about Kamala Harris. He thinks she isn’t qualified to be Vice president. He things Ivanka should be the first female president. Umm. Yes. Ivanka. Qualified because??? Yikes

And they say dreamers are impossible! Are there positives and negatives to that so as to add to the free choices available?

Could be a sacred plot or agenda ... given that we just don;t know a lot of this stuff ... but we can ask PG13 about the true lies that are laid out ...

People believe it even if the Leis get up and run away with themselves ... how what's down rises again! Not always good ... be prepared for what comes atcha ... have a list of questions ... inquire intuit!

This video is about 12 minutes long and worth the watch.

When I visited Dachau in 2013 I was struck by how the tactics used in the 30's and 40's are still being used today. Note, that was before the current president was in office. This man explains the issue well.

Here is more about him About Justin King

If you don't trust him, don't. I know he's not part of your approved speakers list. Did you even bother to watch/listen to him. He's bang on.

And do more homework on the fifth column. It's quite interesting.
I scrutize the new (to me) symbols people identify with now because sometimes ones that look harmless - or are unfamiliar but have a nationalistic bent/ feel - are part of something bigger that is not harmless.

I heard the whole thing. I agree with a lot of it. I don't like the way he delivers his message - there's actually a militant libertarian tone and style/ cadence about him even though he's talking about unity, that rubs me the wrong way. I would guess he's a left leaning libertarian ideologically (they exist) - pro gun rights guy (he looks like he might be - was looking at the video background to see if there was gun rack in his garage) so not on the same page as me but we have some agreement. I heard words like "countries we liberated" that kind of raises eyebrows for me. The reason the the US is divided is anti-fascists shouldn't need to listen to people who hate the existence of entire ethnic groups and genders that they may identify as. It kind of puts them on the defensive. It's not a case of both sides are just as bad at getting along. One sides lives are more immediately threatened. On the whole the far right is a much bigger threat to people's peace and safety. I think he says the same. But a both sides need to listen to each other equally approach is only less threatening if you are not being threatened by both those far right groups, systemically entrenched disadvantage, and law enforcement that's supposed to protect everybody but instead disproportionately harms your community. If one is white middle class it probably seems much simpler to just say we have more in common than we don't. It may be partly true of all human beings -.but the things we don't have in common need to be resolved not overlooked - like white privelege and white supremacy - life on the opposite side of that, in North America and other multiethnic countries in Europe, doesn't have that much in common with it. But if his target audience is people on the right libertarian side of the spectrum, who maybe live just over on the other side of the fence - then he's probably taken a good approach.

I just watched another one. About AOC and social democratic policies. OK, I like him. It took me 25 minutes, not 12. I think he's aiming at a different audience because he's already preaching to the converted with me on that topic. That audience needs someone they can relate to.

That video was awesome @Northwind . Great and chilling analysis of this mess.

This is what the Cohen estate said they would have considered instead for the fireworks and operatic performance at the official dinner....
